چکیده    Introduction: the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between perceivedorganizational support and the resilience of administrative staff working in the tehranemergency organization in 2023methods: a cross-sectional design was employed to investigate the correlation betweenperceived organizational support and resilience among administrative staff at the tehranemergency organization in 2023. a convenience sample of 60 employees was randomlyselected from the organization’s administrative staff. data collection relied on theconnor-davidson resilience scale (cd-risc) and the perceived organizational supportquestionnaire. the reliability and validity of both scales were established in previous research.data analysis involved descriptive statistics, pearson correlation, and regression analysis toexamine the relationship between the study variables.results: findings revealed that participants exhibited poor levels of resilience and perceivedorganizational support. statistical analysis indicated a weak positive correlation betweenresilience and managerial support, suggesting a limited association. regression analysis failedto establish a significant predictive relationship between organizational support and resilience.these results challenge the strong correlation between these variables among administrativestaff in the tehran emergency organization.conclusion: results underscore the critical need for enhanced organizational support tobolster employee resilience and optimize prehospital emergency service delivery. targetedinterventions, such as resilience training, stress management programs, and improvedorganizational support systems, are recommended to mitigate occupational stressors’ impactand enhance prehospital emergency personnel’s overall well-being.
