شناسایی مدل و تدوین شایستگی های اعضای هیات علمی دانشگاهها و موسسات آموزش عالی ایران: یک مطالعه ی کیفی

در حال حاضر اعضای هیات علمی به عنوان رکن اساسی در دانشگاه ها و مراکز آموزش عالی در نظر گرفته می شوند. همچنین تحولات آینده دانشگاهها به شایستگی ها، نوآوری ها و برنامه های توسعه حرفه ای اعضای هیات علمی بستگی دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی مدل و شایستگیهای اعضای هیئت علمی و در چارچوب رویکرد کیفی و تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفته است. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه اساتید و دانشجویان تحصیلات تکمیلی دانشگاه های دولتی می باشد، نمونه گیری در این پژوهش بر اساس منطق نمونه گیری در روشهای کیفی بصورت هدفمند و با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری ملاک محور و شبکه ای انجام شده است. تعداد اطلاع رسان های پژوهش بر مبنای اصل اشباع در تحقیقات کیفی و 23 نفر می باشد و از دانشگاه های مختلف انتخاب شده اند. اطلاعات مورد نیاز برای تحقیق با استفاده از مصاحبه‌ نیمه ساختاریافته جمع آوری شده‌اند. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات بدست آمده از مصاحبه ها در چند مرحله و با استفاده از راهبرد تحلیل مضمونی صورت گرفت. برای حصول اطمینان از اعتبار نتایج از ممیزی همگنان و بازبینی اعضا استفاده شده است. نتایج بدست آمده از پژوهش نشان داد که می توان شایستگیهای اعضای هیئت علمی را در شش بعد شایستگیهای آموزشی، پژوهشی، سازمانی، اخلاقی، فردی و حرفه ای و 44 زیر شایستگی طبقه بندی نمود.

Identifying the Model and Designing the Competencies of the Faculty Members of Universities and Higher Education Institutions of Iran: A Qualitative Study

faculty members are considered as key factors in universities and higher education institutions. Future developments of universities also depend on the competencies, innovations and professional development programs of faculty members. The present study aims to investigate the model and competencies of faculty members in the framework of qualitative approach and content analysis. The research population is composed of all the professors and higher education students in Iran’s universities. Sampling, similar to most sampling types in qualitative studies, is a purposive one, through a criterion and network sampling strategies. The number of informants, based on the principle of saturation in qualitative studies, is 23 who come from diverse universities and institutes. Semi structured interviews were employed to gather the data, which subsequently were analyzed in several stages using the thematic analysis method. The validity of the analyses was ensured by peer audit and peer debriefing. Results indicated that the competencies of faculty members in six dimensions of educational, research, organizational, ethical, individual and professional competencies and 44 subspecialties were classified.
