بررسی سیستم انگیزشی برای جذب دانش آموزان و توسعه ی فعالیت های ورزشی آنها

مقاله حاضر با هدف بررسی سیستم انگیزشی برای جذب دانش آموزان و توسعه ی فعالیت های ورزشی آنها انجام شده است. محقق سعی در یافتن راهکارهایی که بیشترین انگیزش را در جهت جذب و توسعه شرکت دانش آموزان در فعالیتهای ورزشی ایجاد می کند و سیستم انگیزشی که در جذب و توسعه شرکت دانش آموزان در فعالیتهای ورزشی ناکارآمد است دارد. برای جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق استفاده گردید،که روایی آن به روش قضاوتی تایید شده است. ضریب آلفای پرسشنامه 0.93 بدست آمد و پایایی پرسشنامه نیز تایید شده است. جهت برآورد اندازه حجم نمونه ازجامعه 112654نفری دانش آموزان شهر سمنان ازجدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده گردیده، وتعداد نمونه 384 دانش آموز انتخاب گردید.برای تحلیل داده ها از آزمون فریدمن در نرم افزار spss استفاده شده است که یافته ها نشان داد که نبودن کلاسها و امکانات ورزشی مناسب ، تصور از تاثیر ورزش در سلامتی و شادابی بخشیدن دارای بالاترین امتیاز بوده و عواملی همچون نگرانی از آسیب دیدن ، میزان علاقه به رهبری تیم ، افزایش اعتماد به نفس پایین ترین امتیاز را به خود اختصاص داده اند.از میان عواملی که سبب برانگیختگی دانش آموزان جهت انجام امور ورزشی میگردد، نیاز فیزیکی بدن بیشترین تاثیر و نیاز به قدرت کمترین تاثیر را دارد. لذا سیستم انگیزشی مناسب جهت جذب دانش آموزان که در آن ورزشی های هیجان انگیز با توجه به نیازهای فیزیکی بدن تامین شده باشد، طراحی و سپس به والدین و دانش آموزان معرفی گردد.

So appropriate incentive system to attract students to the exciting sports due to the physical needs are provided, Designed to parents and students to be introduced.
