نقش میانجی خودشفقتی در رابطه طرحواره‌های ناسازگار اولیه و شادزیستی زوجین

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش میانجی خودشفقتی در رابطه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه و شادزیستی زوجین بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی -همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری شامل والدین دانش آموزان پایه ششم مدارس دخترانه و پسرانه شهر کرج در سال تحصیلی 1402-1403 بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی خوشه ای 340 زوج (680 نفر) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه یانگ (ysq) یانگ و براون (1994)، مقیاس شادکامی زناشویی (mhs) توسط آزرین و همکاران (1973) و فرم بلند مقیاس خودشفقت ورزی (scs-lf) نف (2003) بود. از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر برازش مطلوب مدل پژوهش بود. نتایج بیانگر معناداری اثرمستقیم طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بر شادزیستی (0.001=p) و خودشفقتی (0.001=p) و همچنین اثر مستقیم خودشفقتی بر شادزیستی (0.001=p) زوجین بود. همچنین نتایج بیانگر اثر غیرمستقیم طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه بر شادزیستی با میانجی گری خودشفقتی بود (0.001=p). این نتایج نشان می دهد که خودشفقتی با توجه به نقش طرحواره های ناسازگار اولیه می تواند تبیین کننده شادزیستی زوجین باشد.

the mediating role of self-compassion in the relationship between primary maladaptive schemas and couples' happiness

the present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of self-compassion in the relationship between primary maladaptive schemas and couples’ happiness. descriptive-correlation research method was structural modeling. the statistical population included the parents of the sixth-grade students of girls’ and boys’ schools in karaj in the academic year 2023-2024, and 340 couples (680 people) were selected as a sample by random cluster sampling. the research tools included the short form of young’s early maladaptive schemas questionnaire (ysq-sf) by young and brown (1994), marital happiness scale (mhs) by azrin et al (1973), and self-compassion scale long form (scs-lf) by neff (2003). structural equation analysis was used to analyze the data. the results showed the optimal fit of the research model. the results showed a significant direct effect of primary incompatible schemas on happiness (p=0.001) and self-compassion (p=0.001), as well as the direct effect of self-compassion on happiness (p=0.001) of couples. also, the results showed the indirect effect of early maladaptive schemas on happiness with the mediation of self-compassion (p=0.001). these results show that self-compassion can explain the happiness of couples according to the role of primary incompatible schemas.
