نقش میانجی اعتیاد به اینستاگرام در رابطه بین ترس از دست دادن و فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر به منظور تعیین نقش میانجی اعتیاد به اینستاگرام در رابطه بین ترس از دست دادن و فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان انجام شد. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود که در جامعه آماری دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد لاهیجان در سال 1402 انجام شد. 260 نفر از این جامعه به شیوه نمونه گیری دردسترس در این مطالعه به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس اعتیاد به اینستاگرام (ias، کرکابرون و گریفیث، 2018)، مقیاس ترس از دست دادن (fomos؛ وگمانن و همکاران، 2017) و پرسشنامه ی فرسودگی تحصیلی مسلش- فرم دانشجویان (mbi-ss؛ شوفلی و همکاران، 2002) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. همچنین ترس از دست دادن بر فرسودگی تحصیلی و اعتیاد به اینستاگرام اثر مستقیم داشت و اعتیاد به اینستاگرام بر فرسودگی تحصیلی اثر مستقیم داشت (0.05>p). علاوه براین، نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نشان داد که اعتیاد به اینستاگرام در رابطه بین ترس از دست دادن و فرسودگی تحصیلی نقش میانجی داشت (0.05>p).  از نتایج این مطالعه این گونه استنباط می شود که ترس از دست دادن یک عامل ناسازگار است که می تواند به صورت مستقیم و با ایجاد اعتیاد به اینستاگرام، موجب افزایش فرسودگی تحصیلی در دانشجویان شود.

the mediating role of instagram addiction in the relationship between fear of missing out and academic burnout in students

the present study was conducted in order to determine the mediating role of instagram addiction in the relationship between fear of missing out and academic burnout in students. the method of this research was a descriptive-correlation type of structural equation modeling, which was carried out in the statistical population of students of islamic azad university, lahijan branch, in 2022. 260 people from this statistical population were selected as a sample in this study using the available sampling method, and the instagram addiction scale (ias, kircaburun & griffiths, 2018), fear of missing out scale (fomos; wegmann et al., 2017), and maslach burnout inventory- student survey (mbi-ss; schaufeli et al., 2002). data analysis was done by the structural equation modeling method. the results showed that the proposed model has a good fit. the results showed that the fear of missing out had a direct effect on academic burnout and instagram addiction; also, instagram addiction had a direct effect on academic burnout (p<0.05). the results of the bootstrap test showed that instagram addiction played a mediating role in the relationship between fear of missing out and academic burnout (p<0.05). from the results of this study, it can be concluded that the fear of missing out is an incompatible factor that can directly increase academic burnout in students by creating an addiction to instagram.
