پیش‌بینی مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری نوجوانان بر اساس جو عاطفی خانواده و شفقت به خود: نقش واسطه‌ای امنیت روانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف ارزیابی مدل ساختاری مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری نوجوانان براساس جو عاطفی خانواده و شفقت به خود با نقش واسطه‌ای امنیت روانی انجام شد. روش پژوهش، توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش، شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان دختر دورۀ اول متوسطه شهرستان آبیک در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود که از بین آنها با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای دو مرحله‌ای 360 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل مقیاس خودگزارشی آخنباخ (ysr، آخنباخ، 1991)، پرسشنامۀ جو عاطفی خانواده fecq) ، هیل برن، 1964)، پرسشنامۀ شفقت به خودfpq) ، نف، 2003) و پرسشنامۀ امنیت روانی (msq، مازلو، 2004) بودند. روش تحلیل این پژوهش، مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری، حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. سایر یافته‌های پژوهش نشان داد متغیرهای جو عاطفی خانواده و شفقت به خود، اثر مستقیم و معناداری بر کاهش مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری نوجوانان دارند (0.05>p). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم امنیت روانی در رابطه بین جو عاطفی خانواده و شفقت به خود و مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری معنادار بود (0.05>p). بنابراین آموزش مولفه‌های شفقت به خود و تقویت جو عاطفی خانواده با در نظر داشتن امنیت روانی می‌تواند از مشکلات هیجانی و رفتاری نوجوانان بکاهد.

prediction of emotional and behavioral problems of adolescents based on family emotional climate and self-compassion: the mediating role of psychological security

the present study aimed to evaluate the structural model of adolescent emotional and behavioral problems based on family emotional climate and self-compassion, with the mediating role of mental security. the current research was a descriptive-correlation type of structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the study was all female students in the first year of high school in abyek city in the academic year 2023-2024. from among them, 360 people were selected as a sample using a two-stage cluster sampling method. the instruments of this study included the achenbach self-report scale (ysr, achenbach, 1991), the family emotional climate questionnaire (fecq, hill berne, 1964), the self-compassion questionnaire (fpq, neff, 2003), and the psychological security questionnaire (psq, maslow, 2004). the analysis method of this research was structural equation modeling. the results of the structural equation analysis indicated the appropriate fit of the model. other research findings showed that the variables of family emotional climate and self-compassion have a direct and significant effect on decreasing adolescents’ emotional and behavioral problems (p<0.05). also, the indirect effect of psychological security on the relationship between family emotional climate and self-compassion and emotional and behavioral problems was significant (p<0.05). therefore, teaching the components of self-compassion and strengthening the family emotional climate, while keeping psychological  security in mind, can reduce emotional and behavioral problems in adolescents.
