پیش‌بینی بی‌ثباتی ازدواج براساس بلوغ هیجانی و نیازهای دلبستگی در دانشجویان متاهل

هدف این پژوهش پیش‌بینی بی‌ثباتی ازدواج براساس بلوغ هیجانی و نیازهای دلبستگی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی-همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویان متاهل دانشگاه آزاداسلامی واحد شیراز  در سال تحصیلی1403-1402 بود که از میان آن‌ها تعداد 200 نفر (75 مرد و 125 زن) به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه بی‌ثباتی ازدوج ادواردز و همکاران (1987، mii)، پرسشنامه نیازهای دلبستگی سامانی و سهرابی (2022، mans) و پرسشنامه بلوغ هیجانی سینگ و بهارگاوا (1990، ems) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرارگرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که متغیرهای بلوغ هیجانی و نیازهای دلبستگی به‌صورت معناداری (0.001>p) قادر به پیش‌بینی بی‌ثباتی ازدواج هستند، بدین گونه که میزان تبین واریانس برای بی‌ثباتی ازدواج توسط نیازهای دلبستگی و بلوغ هیجانی در مجموع برابر با  66 درصد بود. با توجه به نتایج به‌دست آمده پیشنهاد می‌شود در مشاوره‌های پیش‌از ازدواج به برسی سطح بلوغ هیجانی و نیازهای دلبستگی زوجین و برگزاری کارگاه‌هایی جهت ارتقا سطح آگاهی آنها نسبت به این عوامل پرداخته شود.

prediction of marital instability based on emotional maturity and attachment needs in married students

this research aimed to investigate the prediction of marital instability based on emotional maturity and attachment needs. the research method was descriptive-correlational. the statistical population consisted of married students at islamic azad university, shiraz branch, during the academic year 1402-1403, from which 200 individuals (75 men and 125 women) were selected as samples using the convenience sampling method. the research instruments included edwards et al.’s instability questionnaire (1987, mii), samani and sohrabi’s attachment needs questionnaire (2022, mans), and singh and bhargava’s emotional maturity scale (1990, ems). the data were analyzed using a multiple regression test. the findings showed that the variables of emotional maturity and attachment needs were significantly (p<0.001) able to predict marital instability, such that the amount of variance explained for marital instability by attachment needs and emotional maturity was 66 percent in total. according to the results obtained, it is suggested that premarital counseling should examine the level of emotional maturity and attachment needs of couples and hold workshops to raise their awareness of these factors.
