رابط ساختاری سبک‌های دلبستگی با اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان وابسته به بازی‌های اینترنتی: نقش واسطه‌ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی با اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان وابسته به بازی های اینترنتی بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی از نوع مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان متوسطه اول شهرستان بابل در سال 1402 تشکیل دادند. تعداد افراد نمونه 310 نفر بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای مورد استفاده، پرسشنامه های اضطراب اجتماعی نوجوانان (لاجرکا، 1999، sas-a)، سبک های دلبستگی (سیمپسون، 1990، aai)، تنظیم شناختی هیجان گولن و همکاران (2012، erq-ca) و اعتیاد به بازی های اینترنتی (وانگ و همکاران، 2002، gas) بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها به روش معادلات ساختاری انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها نشان داد که مدل آزمون شده از برازش مطلوبی برخوردار است. یافته ها نشان داد که سبک های دلبستگی اجتنابی و دوسوگرای اضطرابی با اضطراب اجتماعی به طور مستقیم و مثبت و سبک دلبستگی ایمن به طور منفی و مستقیم دارای رابطه معنی دار بودند (0.05>p). همچنین در رابطه‌ی بین سبک های دلبستگی با اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان وابسته به بازی های اینترنتی، نقش میانجی تنظیم شناختی هیجان نیز معنادار گزارش شد (0.05>p). نتیجه گیری می شود تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی با اضطراب اجتماعی در نوجوانان وابسته به بازی های اینترنتی دارای نقش واسطه است.

structural relationships of attachment styles with social anxiety in teenagers addicted to internet games: the mediating role of emotional regulation

the present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between attachment styles and social anxiety in teenagers addicted to internet games. the method of descriptive-correlation research was structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this research was formed by all the first-year high school students of babol city in 2023. the number of sample people was 310 people who were selected by an available sampling method. the tools used are adolescent social anxiety questionnaires (lajerka, 1999, sas-a), attachment styles (simpson, 1990, aai), golen et al.’s cognitive emotion regulation (2012, erq-ca), and game addiction. internet (wang et al., 2002, gas). data analysis was done by the structural equation method. the findings showed that the tested model has a good fit. the findings showed that avoidant and ambivalent attachment styles had a significant relationship with social anxiety directly and positively, and secure attachment style had a negative and direct relationship (p<0.05). also, in the relationship between attachment styles and social anxiety in teenagers addicted to internet games, the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation was reported to be significant (p<0.05). it can be concluded that the cognitive regulation of emotion plays a mediating role in the relationship between attachment styles and social anxiety in teenagers addicted to internet games.
