نقش میانجی کمال‌گرایی در رابطه بین سبک دلبستگی ناایمن و اختلال وسواس-جبری ارتباطی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی کمال گرایی در رابطه بین سبک دلبستگی ناایمن و اختلال وسواس-جبری ارتباطی انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه افراد متاهل شهر لاهیجان در سال 1402 بود؛ در این پژوهش 384 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به مقیاس کمال گرایی چندبعدی فراست (fmps؛ فراست و همکاران، 1990)، پرسشنامه دلبستگی بزرگسالان (aaq؛ هازان و شیور، 1987)، پرسش نامه وسواسی جبری متمرکز بر همسر (procsi؛ قمیان و همکاران، 1398) و پرسش نامه وسواس جبری ارتباطی (roci؛ قمیان و همکاران، 2021) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. یافته ها نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی ناایمن و کمال گرایی به صورت مستقیم بر وسواس جبری ارتباطی اثر داشت؛ همچنین سبک دلبستگی ناایمن بر کمال گرایی اثر مثبت و معنادار داشت (0.05>p). همچنین نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نشان داد که کمال گرایی بین سبک دلبستگی ناایمن و وسواس جبری ارتباطی نقش میانجی داشت (0.05>p). از مجموع یافته های این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که دلبستگی ناایمن به صورت مستقیم و با میانجی گری کمال گرایی بر اختلال وسواس-جبری ارتباطی اثر داشت.

the mediating role of perfectionism in the relationship between insecure attachment style and relational obsessive-compulsive disorder (rocd)

the present study aimed to determine the mediating role of perfectionism in the relationship between insecure attachment style and obsessive-compulsive disorder (rocd). the present descriptive-correlational study was conducted using structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this study was married people in lahijan in 2023; in this study, 384 people were selected using the convenience method and responded to the frost multidimensional perfectionism scale (fmps; frost et al., 1990), the adult attachment questionnaire (aaq; hazan & shaver, 1987), the partner-related obsessive-compulsive symptoms inventory (procsi; qomian et al., 2019), and the compulsive compulsive communicative inventory (roci; qomian et al., 2021). data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. the findings showed that the proposed model has a favorable fit. the findings showed that insecure attachment style and perfectionism had a direct effect on rocd; insecure attachment style also had a positive and significant effect on perfectionism (p<0.05). also, the results of the bootstrap test showed that perfectionism had a mediating role between insecure attachment style and rocd (p<0.05). from the overall findings of this study, it can be concluded that insecure attachment had a direct effect on rocd through the mediation of perfectionism.
