رابطه بین استرس و فرسودگی والدینی با نقش میانجی تاب‌آوری در والدین دارای فرزند نوجوان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین استرس و فرسودگی والدینی با نقش میانجی تاب آوری در والدین دارای فرزند نوجوان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل همه والدین دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه اول و دوم شهر اصفهان در سال 1402 بود که از بین آن ها به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس 340 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از شاخص استرس والدینی فرم کوتاه (psi sf؛ آبدین، 1990)، سنجش فرسودگی والدینی (pbq؛ رزکام و همکاران، 2018) و مقیاس تاب آوری (cd risc؛ کانر و دیویدسون، 2003) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار بود و در مجموع 62% از واریانس فرسودگی والدینی را تبیین کرد. نتایج نشان داد که استرس والدینی به صورت مثبت بر فرسودگی والدینی اثر مستقیم داشت؛ اما در مقابل تاب آوری به طور منفی بر فرسودگی والدینی اثر مستقیم داشت؛ همچنین نتایج نشان داد که استرس والدینی به طور منفی و معنادار بر تاب آوری اثر مستقیم داشت (0.05>p). نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نشان داد که تاب آوری بین استرس والدینی و فرسودگی والدینی نقش میانجی داشت (0.05>p). نتایج این مطالعه دلالت بر این داشت که استرس والدینی به صورت مستقیم و با نقش میانجی تاب آوری بر فرسودگی والدینی اثر داشت.

the relationship between stress and parental burnout with the mediating role of resilience in parents with teenage children

the present study was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between stress and parental burnout, with the mediating role of resilience in parents with teenage children. the present research method was the descriptive correlation type of structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the research included all the parents of first and second year high school students in esfahan city in 2023, out of which 340 people were selected as a sample using the convenience sampling method. to collect data from the parenting stress index short form (psi sf; abidin, 1990), parental burnout assessment (pba; roskam et al., 2018), and resilience scale (cd risc; connor & davidson, 2003) were used. data analysis was done by the structural equation modeling method. the results showed that the proposed model had a good fit and explained a total of 62% of the variance of parental burnout. the results showed that parental stress had a positive direct effect on parental burnout; but on the other hand, resilience had a negative direct effect on parental burnout. also, the results showed that parental stress had a negative and significant direct effect on resilience (p<0.05). the results of the bootstrap test showed that resilience played a mediating role between parental stress and parental burnout (p<0.05). the results of this study indicated that parental stress had a direct effect on parental burnout, with a mediating role of resilience.
