رابطه بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند با نقش واسطه‌ای خودتنظیمی در دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند با نقش واسطه ای خودتنظیمی در دانشجویان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضرتوصیفی همبستگی به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش شامل کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد علوم و تحقیقات تهران در سال 1403 از مقطع کارشناسی تا دکتری بود که از بین آن ها به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس 210 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری داده ها از مقیاس والدگری هلیکوپتری (hps؛ لیموین و باچمن، 2011)، فرم کوتاه پرسشنامه خودتنظیمی (ssrq؛ کری و همکاران، 2004) و پرسشنامه اعتیاد به تلفن همراه (mpaq؛ سواری، 1392) استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها به روش مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. نتایج نشان داد که اثرات مستقیم والدگری هلیکوپتری و خودتنظیمی بر اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند معنادار بود (0.05>p)؛ همچنین اثر مستقیم والدگری هلیکوتری بر خودتنظیمی معنادار بود (0.05>p)؛ نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نشان داد که خودتنظیمی در رابطه بین والدگری هلیکوپتری و اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند نقش میانجی داشت (0.05>p). در مجموع می توان نتیجه گرفت که والدگری هلیکوپتری به صورت مستقیم و با نقش میانجی خودتنظیمی بر اعتیاد به گوشی هوشمند در دانشجویان اثر داشت.

the relationship between helicopter parenting and smartphone addiction with the mediating role of self regulation in students

this research was conducted with the aim of determining the relationship between helicopter parenting and smartphone addiction, with the mediating role of self regulation in students. the current research was descriptive correlation based on structural equation modeling. the statistical population in this research included all the students of islamic azad university, tehran science and research unit in 2023, from bachelor’s degree to doctorate, from which 210 people were selected as a sample by the available sampling method. in order to collect data, the helicopter parenting scale (lemoyne & buchanan, 2011), the short form of the self regulation questionnaire (carey et al, 2004), and the mobile phone addiction questionnaire (savari, 1393) were used. data analysis was done by the structural equation modeling method.  the results showed that the proposed model has a good fit. the results showed that the direct effects of helicopter parenting and self regulation on smartphone addiction were significant. also (p<0.05), the direct effect of helicopter parenting on self regulation was significant (p<0.05). the results of the bootstrap test showed that self regulation played a mediating role in the relationship between helicopter parenting and smartphone addiction (p<0.05). in general, it can be concluded that helicopter parenting had a direct effect on smartphone addiction in students, with a mediating role of self regulation.
