مدل ساختاری سبک‌های دلبستگی و مشکلات بین فردی زوجین در حال طلاق با نقش واسطه‌ای ذهنی‌سازی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای ذهنی سازی در رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی با مشکلات بین فردی زوجین در حال طلاق انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه افراد در حال طلاق مراکز مشاوره شهر کرمان در سال 1401 و 1402 بودند. به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، نمونه‌ای به تعداد 270 نفر انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه مشکلات بین فردی (ipq، بارخام و همکاران، 1996)، پرسشنامه دلبستگی بزرگسالان (raas، کولینز، 1996) و پرسشنامه ذهنی سازی (mq، فوناگی و همکاران، 1998) بودند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل معادلات ساختاری حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. یافته ها نشان داد که سبک دلبستگی اجتنابی و اضطرابی به صورت مستقیم قادر به پیش بینی مشکلات بین فردی بودند (0/001>p). همچنین سبک های دلبستگی به صورت غیر مستقیم از طریق ذهنی سازی توانستند مشکلات بین فردی زوجین را پیش بینی کنند (p<0/001). این نتایج نشان می دهد که سبک های دلبستگی با توجه به نقش مهم ذهنی سازی می توانند تبیین کننده مشکلات بین فردی زوجین باشند و لزوم توجه به این عوامل در تعامل با یکدیگر در برنامه های کاهش مشکلات بین فردی زوجین ضروری است.

the structural model of attachment styles and interpersonal problems of divorcing couples with the mediating role of mentalization

this research was conducted to investigate the mediating role of mentalization in the relationship between attachment styles and interpersonal problems of divorcing couples. the current study was a descriptive-correlation type of structural equation modeling. the statistical population of the research was all the people undergoing divorce in kerman city counseling centers in 2022 and 2023. using the available sampling method, a sample of 270 people was selected and participated in the study. research tools included: interpersonal problems questionnaire (ipq, barkham & et al, 1996), revised adult attachment scale (raas, collins, 1996), and mentalization questionnaire (mq, fonagy & et al, 1998). the data were analyzed using the structural equation analysis method. the structural equation analysis results indicated the model’s appropriate fit. the findings showed that avoidant and anxious attachment styles were able to directly predict interpersonal problems (p<0.001). also, attachment styles could indirectly predict couples’ interpersonal problems through mentalization (p<0.001). these results show that attachment styles, considering the important role of mentalization, can explain couples’ interpersonal problems, and it is necessary to pay attention to these factors in interaction with each other in programs to reduce couples’ interpersonal problems.
