اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان مدار بر تن‌انگاره و صمیمیت زناشویی در زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به متخصصان ناباروری شهر اهواز

ناباروری به معنای ناتوانی در بارداری بعد از یک سال رابطه جنسی بدون استفاده از روش های جلوگیری از بارداری است. پژوهش ‌با‌ هدف ‌تعیین‌ اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی هیجان مدار ‌بر تن‌انگاره و صمیمیت زناشویی در زنان نابارور مراجعه‌کننده به متخصصان ناباروری شهر اهواز ‌انجام ‌شد. پژوهش ‌حاضر نیمه ‌آزمایشی ‌با ‌طرح ‌پیش‌آزمون _پس‌آزمون ‌‌و‌ گروه‌ کنترل ‌بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش متشکل از کلیه زنان نابارور مراجعه‌ کننده به متخصصان ناباروری شهر اهواز در سال 1402-1401 بود. به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند تعداد 30 زن نابارور (15 نفر برای هر گروه) و با در نظر گرفتن ملاک‌های ورود به مطالعه، انتخاب و به تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل جایگزین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه چندبعدی روابط خود با بدن (کش و هیکز، 1990، mbsrq) و پرسشنامه ارزیابی شخصی صمیمیت در روابط (شافر و اولسون، 1981، pair) استفاده شد. شرکت کنندگان گروه‌ آزمایش، ‌طی‌ 9 ‌جلسۀ‌ 90 ‌دقیقه‌ای، هفته ای یک بار ‌تحت ‌زوج ‌درمانی هیجان مدار ‌قرار‌ گرفتند.‌ تحلیل‌ داده‌ها‌ با ‌استفاده‌ از‌ آزمون آماری تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیری ‌انجام‌ شد.‌ یافته ها نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش آزمون بین میانگین پس آزمون تن‌انگاره و صمیمیت زناشویی در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری در سطح (0.05>p) وجود داشت. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش، اجرای درمان زوج‌درمانی هیجان مدار برای زنان نابارور می‌تواند موجب بهبود تن‌انگاره و صمیمیت زناشویی در آنها شود.

the effectiveness of emotion-oriented couple therapy on body image and marital intimacy in infertile women referred to infertility specialists in ahvaz

infertility means the inability to conceive after one year of sexual intercourse without using contraceptive methods. the research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of emotional couple therapy on body image and marital intimacy in infertile women referred to infertility specialists in ahvaz. the current research was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design and a control group. the statistical population of the research consisted of all infertile women referring to infertility specialists in ahvaz city in 1402-1401. 30 infertile women (15 for each group) were randomly selected and replaced in two experimental and control groups by the purposeful sampling method. to collect data, the multidimensional body-self relations questionnaire (kash and hicks, 1990, mbsrq) and the personal evaluation questionnaire of intimacy in relationships (schaefer and olson, 1981, pair) were used. the participants of the experimental group, during 9 sessions of 90 minutes, once a week, were subjected to emotional couple therapy. the data analysis was done using the statistical test of multivariate covariance analysis. the findings showed that with controlling the pre-test effect between the post-test mean of body image and marital intimacy in the two test groups there is evidence of a significant difference in the level (p<0.05). according to the results of the research, the implementation of emotion-oriented couples therapy for infertile women can improve their body image and marital intimacy.
