نقش میانجی شرم از تصویر بدنی در رابطه بین تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی و اختلال بازی اینترنتی در دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی شرم از تصویر بدنی در رابطه بین تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی و اختلال بازی اینترنتی در دانشجویان انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی-همبستگی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد خمینی شهر در سال 1401 بودند. در این مطالعه 260 نفر به روش دردسترس حضور داشتند. جمع آوری داده ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه ترومای کودکی (ctq؛ برنستاین و همکاران، 2003)، مقیاس شرم از تصویر بدنی (biss؛ دوارت و همکاران، 2014) و فرم کوتاه مقیاس نه گویه ای اختلال بازی آنلاین (igds9-sf؛ پونتز و گریفث، 2015) انجام شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و روش بوت استرپ انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد مدل پیشنهادی نقش میانجی شرم از تصویر بدنی در رابطه بین تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی و اختلال بازی آنلاین برازش مطلوب داشت. نتایج تحلیل مدل معادلات ساختاری نشان داد که تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی به صورت مستقیم و معنادار بر اختلال بازی اینترنتی و شرم از تصویر بدنی اثر داشت (0.05>p). نتیجه دیگر نشان داد که شرم از تصویر بدنی به صورت مستقیم و معنادار بر اختلال بازی اینترنتی اثر دارد (0.05>p). نتایج آزمون بوت استرپ نیز نشان داد که شرم از تصویر بدنی بین تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی و اختلال بازی اینترنتی نقش میانجی داشت (0.05>p). نتایج این مطالعه دلالت بر این داشت که تجربه بدرفتاری هیجانی در دوران کودکی به صورت مستقیم و به واسطه آسیب به تصویر بدنی بر اختلال بازی اینترنتی در دانشجویان اثر دارد.

the mediating role of body image shame in the relationship between childhood emotional abuse experience and internet gaming disorder in students

this study aimed to determine the mediating role of body image shame in the relationship between the experience of childhood emotional abuse and internet gaming disorder in students. this was a descriptive-correlational study using the structural equation modeling method. the statistical population of this research was the students of islamic azad university, khomeini shahr branch in 2023. in this study, 260 people participated in the accessible method. data collection using the childhood trauma questionnaire (ctq; bernstein et al., 2003), the body image shame scale (biss; duarte et al., 2014), and the short form of the nine-item internet gaming disorder scale -short form (igds9-sf; pontes & griffiths, 2015) was done. data analysis was done using structural equation modeling and the bootstrapping method. the results showed that the proposed model of the mediating role of body image shame in the relationship between the experience of emotional abuse in childhood and internet gaming disorder had a good fit. the results of the structural equation model analysis showed that the experience of emotional abuse in childhood had a direct and significant effect on internet gaming disorder and body image shame (p<0.05). another result showed that body image shame has a direct and significant effect on internet gaming disorder (p<0.05). the results of the bootstrap test showed that body image shame had a mediating role between the experience of emotional abuse in childhood and internet gaming disorder (p<0.05). the results of this study indicated that the experience of emotional abuse in childhood has a direct effect on internet gaming disorder in students through damage to body image.
