تدوین مدل کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان نابارور بر اساس مشکلات ناباروری: نقش میانجی شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا

هدف پژوهش حاضر تدوین مدل کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان نابارور بر اساس مشکلات ناباروری با نقش میانجی شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه زنان مبتلا به ناباروری در سطح شهر مشهد بودند که در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا تیرماه 1402 به کلینیک‌ها و مراکز تخصصی ناباروری مراجعه کرده بودند. تعداد 300 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش شامل مقیاس مشکلات ناباروری-فرم کوتاه (fpm-sf، 2017)، پرسشنامه شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا (icq، 2001) و مقیاس کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت (hrqol، 2021) بود. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از تحلیل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها بیانگر برازش مطلوب مدل پژوهش بود. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نشان داد که مشکلات ناباروری بر شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا (0.01>p) و کیفیت زندگی سلامت زنان نابارور اثر مستقیم دارند (0.05>p). شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا بر کیفیت زندگی سلامت زنان نابارور اثر مستقیم (0.01>p) دارند. مشکلات ناباروری به واسطه شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا اثر غیرمستقیم بر کیفیت زندگی سلامت دارند (0.01>p). نتایج نشان داد که شناخت‌های بیماری‌زا با توجه به نقش مشکلات ناباروری می‌تواند تبیین‌کننده کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت زنان نابارور باشد.

development of health‐related quality of life of infertile women based on infertility problems: the mediating role of illness cognitions

the present study was conducted to develop a health‐related quality of life for infertile women based on infertility problems: the mediating role of illness cognitions. the research method was descriptive-correlation based on structural equation modeling. the statistical population of this study consisted of all women suffering from infertility in the city of mashhad who had been referred to specialized infertility clinics and centers between may and july 2023. the sample consisted of 300 infertile women who were selected by the available sampling method. participants completed the fertility problem inventory–short form (fpi-sf, 2017), illness cognition questionnaire (icq, 2001), and health-related quality of life scale (hrqol, 2017). structural equation analysis was used to analyze the data. the results showed the optimal fit of the research model. the results showed that infertility problems have a direct effect on illness cognitions (p<0.01) and health quality of life of infertile women (p<0.05). illness cognitions had a direct effect on the health and quality of life of infertile women (p<0.01). also, the effect of infertility problems with the mediation of illness cognitions on health and quality of life was significant (p<0.01). these results show that illness cognitions can explain the quality of life-related to the health of infertile women due to the role of infertility problems.
