پیش‌بینی سرخوردگی زناشویی بر اساس ویژگی‌های شخصیتی با میانجی‌گری تنظیم شناختی هیجان در زنان متاهل

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای تنظیم شناختی هیجان در رابطه بین ویژگی های شخصیتی با سرخوردگی زناشویی شده انجام شد. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی_همبستگی از نوع تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش تمامی دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد کرج در سال تحصیلی 1403-1402 بود. به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس، نمونه‌ای تعداد 238 نفر انتخاب و در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل مقیاس سرخوردگی زناشویی (mds، کایزر، 1993)، پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو (neo-ffi، مک کری و کاستا، 1985) و پرسشنامۀ راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان (cerq، گارنفسکی و کرایج، 2006) بودند. داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل مسیر تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج تحلیل مسیر حاکی از برازش مناسب مدل بود. یافته ها نشان داد که ویژگی های شخصیتی گشودگی و مردم آمیزی به صورت مستقیم قادر به پیش بینی سرخوردگی زناشویی بودند (p<0/001). همچنین اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر‌های روان رنجورخویی، برون‌گرایی و با وجدان بودن به متغیر سرخوردگی زناشویی از طریق تنظیم شناختی هیجان سازش یافته معنادار بود (p<0/001). از سویی دیگر اثر غیرمستقیم متغیر‌های گشودگی و مردم آمیزی به متغیر سرخوردگی زناشویی از طریق تنظیم شناختی هیجان سازش نیافته معنادار بود (p<0/001). این نتایج نشان می دهد که ویژگی های شخصیتی با توجه به نقش مهم تنظیم شناختی هیجان می توانند تبیین کننده سرخوردگی زناشویی باشند و لزوم توجه به این عوامل در تعامل با یکدیگر ضروری است.

prediction of marital disaffection based on personality traits with the mediation of cognitive emotion regulation in married women

this research was conducted to investigate the mediating role of cognitive emotion regulation in the relationship between personality traits with marital disaffection. the current research was a descriptive-correlation type of path analysis. the statistical population of this research was all married female students of islamic azad university karaj branch in the academic year of 2023-2024. using the available sampling method, a sample of 238 people was selected and participated in the study. research tools included: marital disaffection scale (mds, kayser, 1993), neo-five factor inventory (neo-ffi, mccrae & costa, 1985) and cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire (cerq, garnefski & kraaij, 2006). the data were analyzed using the path analysis method. the results of path analysis indicated the appropriate fit of the model. the findings showed that the personality traits of openness to experience and agreeableness were able to directly predict marital disaffection (p<0.001). also, the indirect effect of neuroticism, extroversion, and conscientiousness variables on the marital disaffection variable through the compromised cognitive emotion regulation was significant (p<0.001). on the other hand, the indirect effect of the variables of openness to experience and agreeableness to the variable of marital disaffection through uncompromised cognitive emotion regulation was significant (p<0.001). these results show that personality traits, considering the important role of cognitive emotion regulation, can explain marital disaffection and it is necessary to pay attention to these factors in interaction with each other.
