نقش میانجی ترس از ارزیابی منفی در رابطه بین شفقت به خود و احساس تنهایی در نوجوانان

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی ترس از ارزیابی منفی در رابطه بین شفقت به خود و احساس تنهایی در نوجوانان انجام شد. این مطالعه توصیفی - همبستگی از نوع مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری این مطالعه نوجوانان دختر مقطع متوسطه اول منطقه 15 تهران در سال 1402 بودند. در این مطالعه 260 نفر به روش در دسترس انتخاب و به‌صورت آنلاین به مقیاس ترس از ارزیابی منفی (bfnes؛ لری، 1983)، مقیاس شفقت به خود (scs؛ نف، 2003) و مقیاس احساس تنهایی راسل (ucla؛ راسل و کارولین، 1980) پاسخ دادند. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحیل معادللات ساختاری انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد که مدل پیشنهادی در مجموع 49% از واریانس احساس تنهایی را در نوجوانان پیش بینی می کند و از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. یافته ها نشان داد که شفقت به خود به طور منفی بر احساس تنهایی اثر مستقیم داشت (0.01=p). ترس از ارزیابی منفی به طور مثبت بر احساس تنهایی (0.01=p) اثر مستقیم داشت. همچنین شفقت به خود به طور منفی بر ترس از ارزیابی منفی  (0.01=p) اثر مستقیم داشت (0.05> p). نتایج آزمون بوت‌استرپ نشان داد که ترس از ارزیابی منفی‌بین شفقت به خود و احساس تنهایی (0.01=p) نقش میانجی داشت (0.05> p). نتایج نشانگر آن است که شفقت به خود  به طور مستقیم و با نقش میانجی ترس از ارزیابی منفی بر احساس تنهایی اثرگذار بود.

the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation in the relationship between self-compassion and loneliness in adolescents

the present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of fear of negative evaluation (fne) in the relationship between self-compassion (sc) and loneliness among adolescents. this descriptive-correlational study employed a structural equation modeling (sem) approach. the statistical population comprised female students attending the first cycle of secondary school in district 15 of tehran in 2023. a total of 260 participants were recruited through a convenient sampling method and completed an online survey encompassing the fear of negative evaluation scale (bfnes) (leary, 1983), the self-compassion scale (scs) (neff, 2003), and the russell loneliness scale (ucla) (russell & carroll, 1980). data analysis was conducted using spss and amos version 24 statistical software. the findings revealed that the proposed model accounted for 49% of the variance in adolescent loneliness and demonstrated satisfactory fit indices. self-compassion exhibited a direct negative association with loneliness (p = 0.01, β = -0.37), while fne displayed a direct positive association with loneliness (p = 0.01, β = 0.43). additionally, self-compassion exerted a direct negative influence on fne (p = 0.01, β = -0.50). bootstrap test results confirmed the mediating role of fne in the relationship between self-compassion and loneliness (p = 0.01, β = -0.22). these results suggest that self-compassion impacts loneliness directly and indirectly through fne.
