مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش جنسی و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی بر تعهد زناشویی در زنان متاهل مهاجر

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسه اثربخشی آموزش جنسی و آموزش ارتباط زناشویی بر تعهد زناشویی در زنان متاهل مهاجر بود. روش پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی ﺑﺎ ﻃﺮح ﭘﻴﺶآزﻣﻮن_ﭘﺲآزﻣﻮن و ﮔﺮوه ﻛﻨﺘﺮل با دوره پیگیری سه ماهه بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل زنان متاهل ایرانی در سال 1402-1401 بودند که طی 5 سال اخیر به کشور امارات مهاجرت کرده بودند. تعداد 45 نفر به صورت دردسترس انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی در سه گروه (هر گروه 15 نفر) قرار گرفتند. ابزار پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه تجدید نظر شده تعارضات زناشویی (mcq-r) ثنایی (1387) و پرسشنامه تعهد زناشویی (dci) آدامز و جونز (1997) بود. یکی از گروه های آزمایش آموزش جنسی را در 10 جلسه 2 ساعته و گروه آزمایشی دیگر نیز آموزش ارتباط زناشویی را در قالب 10 جلسه 2 ساعته به صورت هفته ای یکبار دریافت کردند. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل واریانس آمیخته استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که گروه آموزش جنسی به غیر از مولفه شخصی (05/0>p) بر مولفه های اخلاقی و ساختاری تعهد زناشویی اثربخشی معنادار نداشته است (05/0p). در نهایت، گروه آموزش ارتباط زناشویی در مقایسه با آموزش جنسی بر هر سه مولفه تعهد زناشویی اثربخشی معنادار و پایداری داشته است (01/0>p). نتایج نشان می داد که آموزش ارتباط زناشویی، احتمالا مداخله کارآمدتری در مقایسه با آموزش جنسی برای بهبود تعهد زناشویی زناشویی زنان متاهل مهاجر بوده است.

comparing the effectiveness of sexual education and marital relationship education on marital commitment in immigrant married women

the purpose of this study was to compare the effectiveness of sexual education and marital relationship education on marital commitment in immigrant married women. the research method was semi-experimental with a pre-test-post-test design the statistical population of the research included married iranian women in 2022-2023 who had immigrated to the emirate during the last 5 years. 45 people were convenience sampling selected and randomly divided into three groups (each group of 15 people). the research tool included the revised marital conflicts questionnaire (mcq-r) thanai (2007) and the dimensions of commitment inventory (dci) adams and jones (1997). one of the experimental groups received sexual education in 10 sessions 2-hour and the other experimental group received marital relationship training in 10 sessions 2-hour once a week. a mixed variance analysis was used to analyze the data. the results showed that apart from the personal component (p<0.05), the sexual education group had no significant effect on the moral and structural components of marital commitment (p>0.05). the marital relationship training group had a significant and stable effect on all three components of marital commitment (p<0.01). finally, the marital relationship education group had a significant and stable effect on all three components of marital commitment compared to sexual education (p<0.01). the results showed that marital relationship education was probably a more effective intervention compared to sexual education to improve the marital commitment of married immigrant women.
