تجارب زیسته زنان بالای 35 سال در زمینه چالش‌های انتقال به مرحله والدینی

انتقال به مرحله والدینی موجب ایجاد وظایف جدید برای همسران می شود که همیشه برای آن ها چالش انگیز خواهد بود، به‌ویژه اگر این انتقال در سنین بالا اتفاق بیافتد. به همین دلیل هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعه تجارب زیسته زنان بالای 35 سال در زمینه چالش های انتقال به مرحله والدینی بود. روش شناسی این پژوهش کیفی و با رویکرد پدیدارشناسی بود. جامعه موردپژوهش را زنانی که در سن 35 سال به بالا در شهر اراک در سال 1401 که برای اولین بار تجربه مادر شدن را داشته اند و فرزندان آن‌ها زیر دو سال بودند، تشکیل دادند. از بین آن‌ها به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند نمونه 10  نفری انتخاب شدند، فرآیند نمونه گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع طول کشید. روش جمع آوری داده، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎی گردآوری‌شده ﺑﻪ روش کلایزی اﻧﺠﺎم شد. بعد از تحلیل داده ها 23 مضمون فرعی، 6 مضمون اصلی شامل (چالش نگرانی ایمنی بارداری و زایمان، استرس ناشی از فرآیند درمان ناباروری، فشارهای روانی، فشارهای مالی، نگرانی های اجتماعی و انعطاف‌ناپذیری و دشواری تطابق با تغییرات ) و یک مضمون هسته‌ای به دست آمد. نتایج یافته های پژوهش علاوه بر ایجاد بینش و آگاهی نسبت به چالش های مادرانی که بالای 35 سال باردار می شوند، می تواند جهت برنامه ریزی برای رفع مشکلات و چالش های این گروه از مادران مورداستفاده قرار گیرد.

lived experiences of women over 35 years old in the context of transitioning challenges to parenthood

the transition to parenthood introduces new tasks for spouses, which can be especially challenging when occurring at an advanced age. this study aimed to explore the lived experiences of women aged 35 and older, specifically focusing on the challenges of transitioning to parenthood. employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological perspective, the research included women in arak city in 1401 who were 35 years or older, experiencing motherhood for the first time, and with children under two years old. a targeted sample of 10 individuals was selected, and the sampling process continued until data saturation was achieved. data were collected through semi-structured interviews and analyzed using claysey’s method. following data analysis, 23 sub-themes and 6 main themes emerged, encompassing challenges related to pregnancy and childbirth safety concerns, stress stemming from infertility treatment, psychological pressures, financial strains, social concerns, inflexibility, and difficulties adapting to changes. a central theme encapsulated the overall essence of the participants’ experiences. the research findings not only provide insight and awareness into the challenges faced by mothers over the age of 35 but also offer valuable input for planning interventions to address the specific problems and challenges encountered by this group of mothers.
