رابطه سبک دلبستگی مادر و پرخاشگری کودک با نقش واسطه‌ای ذهن‌آگاهی مادر در کودکان 3 تا 6 سال

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ سبک دلبستگی مادر و پرخاشگری  کودکان 3 تا6 سال با میانجی‌گری ذهن آگاهی مادر بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی _ همبستگی و از نوع مدل معادلات ساختاری بود.  جامعه آماری پژوهش را تمامی مادران کودکان 3 تا 6 ساله در مراکز پیش‌دبستانی و مهد‌کودک‌های شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 99-98 تشکیل دادند که از بین آن‌ها به صورت در دسترس 290 نفر به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه دلبستگی بزرگسالان (raas، کولینز و رید،1990)، مقیاس‌ رفتاری پیش‌دبستانی و مهد کودک (pkbs، مرل، 1994) و پرسشنامه پنج‌وجهی ذهن‌آگاهی (ffmq، بائر و همکاران، 2006) بود. داده‌های پژوهش با استفاده از روش تحلیل معادلات ساختاری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که مدل به خوبی برازش شده است. براساس یافته‌های حاصل از پژوهش، رابطه بین سبک دلبستگی مادر و پرخاشگری کودک مثبت و معنادار بود (p < 0.01 و p < 0.05) و همچنین سبک دلبستگی مادر  به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق ذهن‌آگاهی مادر با پرخاشگری کودک رابطه داشت (p<0.05). باتوجه به یافته‌های فوق می‌توان  نتیجه گرفت که ذهن آگاهی مادران نقش واسطه‌ای در رابطه بین سبک دلبستگی آنان و پرخاشگری کودکان ایفا می‌کند.

the relationship between mother's attachment style and child's aggression with the mediation of mindfulness in 3-6 year old children

the purpose of the present study was to investigate the relationship between a mother’s attachment style and aggression of children aged 3-6 years with the mediation of a mother’s mindfulness. the research method was descriptive-correlation and structural equation model type. the statistical population of the research consisted of all the mothers of children aged 3 to 6 years in preschool centers and kindergartens in tehran in the academic year 2019-2020, and 290 of them were selected as a sample. the tools of this research included the adult attachment questionnaire (raas, collins and reed, 1990), the preschool and kindergarten behavior scale (pkbs, merrell, 1994), and the five-dimensional mindfulness questionnaire (ffmq, bauer et al., 2006). the research data were analyzed using the structural equation analysis method. the results showed that the model fitted well. based on the findings of the research, the relationship between the mother’s attachment style and the child’s aggression was positive and significant (p < 0.01 and p < 0.05) and also mother’s attachment style was indirectly related to the child’s aggression through the mother’s mindfulness. (p < 0.05). according to the above findings, it can be concluded that mothers’ mindfulness plays a mediating role in the relationship between their attachment style and children’s aggression.
