اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر اسنادهای ارتباطی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تمایزیافتگی زوجین ناسازگار

هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین اثربخشی تحلیل رفتار متقابل بر اسنادهای ارتباطی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تمایزیافتگی زوجین ناسازگار بود. طرح پژوهش نیمه آزمایشی از نوع پیش­آزمون_ پس­آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری، زوجین ناسازگار مراجعه کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان جیرفت در سال 1400 بودند که از این جامعه به روش نمونه گیری هدفمند،  تعداد 40 زوج انتخاب شده و در گروه آزمایش و گواه هر گروه 20 زوج به صورت تصادفی جایگرین شدند. برای جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه تمایزیافتگی خود (dsi-r، اسکورن و فریدلندر، 2003)، مقیاس راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان (cerq، گارنفسکی و همکاران، 2002) و پرسشنامه اسنادهای ارتباطی (ram، برادبوری و فینچام، 1992) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با روش تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با کنترل اثر پیش آزمون بین میانگین اسنادهای ارتباطی، راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان و تمایزیافتگی زوجین در پس آزمون گروه آزمایش و گواه تفاوت معناداری در سطح (0/01>p) وجود دارد. توجه به تحلیل رفتار متقابل نقش مهمی در تمایزیافتگی، اسنادهای ارتباطی و راهبردهای تنظیم شناختی هیجان داشته و به مداخله برای زوجین ناسازگار پیشنهاد می شود.

the effectiveness of transactional analysis (ta) on the relationship attributions, cognitive emotion regulation strategies and differentiation of incompatible couples

the aim of the present study was to compare the effectiveness of transactional analysis on relationship attributions, cognitive regulation strategies of emotion, and differentiation of incompatible couples. the research design was a quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test with a control group. the statistical population was the incompatible couples who were referred to counseling centers in jiroft city in 2022, and 40 couples were selected from this population by purposeful sampling, and 20 couples were randomly assigned to the experimental and control groups. to collect data, the self-differentiation questionnaire (dsi-r) (skorn and friedlander, 2003), the cognitive emotion regulation strategies scale (cerq) (garnefsky et al., 2002), and the relationship attributions questionnaire (cdq) (bradbury and fincham, 1992) were used. data analysis was done by multivariate covariance analysis. the results showed that by controlling the effect of the pre-test, there is a significant difference between the mean of relationship attributions, cognitive regulation strategies of emotion, and differentiation of couples in the post-test of the experimental and control groups at the level of p<0.01. paying attention to the transactional analysis has an important role in differentiation, relationship attributions, and cognitive regulation strategies of emotion and it is suggested to intervene for incompatible couples.
