نقش نارسایی هیجانی در پیش‌بینی شکست عاطفی با میانجی‌گری تفکرات غیرمنطقی دانشجویان

پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش میانجی تفکرات غیرمنطقی در رابطه نارسایی هیجانی و شکست عاطفی دانشجویان صورت گرفت. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کلیه دانشجویان دانشگاه زنجان در سال تحصیلی 1401-1400 تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 352 نفر به روش نمونه‏‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه ضربه عشق راس (lti) (1999)، مقیاس نارسایی هیجانی تورنتو (tas) (1994) و پرسشنامه باورهای غیرمنطقی جونز ibq-40) (1986) بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری تحلیل شدند. تحلیل داده‌ها نشان دادند که اثرمستقیم نارسایی هیجانی بر شکست عاطفی و تفکرات غیرمنقطی دانشجویان در سطح 0/01 معنادار است. به علاوه، اثرمستقیم تفکرات غیرمنطقی بر شکست عاطفی معنادار بود (0/01>p). همچنین نارسایی هیجانی از طریق تفکرات غیرمنطقی بر شکست عاطفی دانشجویان دارای اثر غیرمستقیم است. بر مبنای نتایج فوق، تفکرات غیرمنطقی دانشجویان در پیش بینی شکست عاطفی براساس نارسایی هیجانی از برازندگی مطلوبی برخوردار است.

the role of alexithymia in predicting emotional failure by mediating students' irrational thoughts

the present study was conducted to determine the mediating role of irrational thoughts in the relationship between alexithymia and the emotional failure of students. the present research method is a descriptive correlation. the statistical population of this research was made up of all the students of zanjan university in the academic year 2021-2022, of which 352 people were selected and participated in this research. the tools of this research included ross love trauma questionnaire (1999) (lti), toronto emotional dysfunction scale (1994) (tas), and jones irrational beliefs questionnaire (1986) (ibq-40). the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling. data analysis showed that the direct effect of alexithymia on emotional failure and non-point thinking of students is significant at the level of 0.01. in addition, the direct effect of irrational thoughts on emotional failure was significant (p<0.01). also, alexithymia through irrational thoughts has an indirect effect on students’ emotional failure. based on the above results, the students’ irrational thoughts have a favorable fit in predicting emotional failure based on alexithymia.
