رابطه رفتارهای خودمراقبتی با آسیب‌پذیری روانی در بیماران قلبی‌عروقی با نقش واسطه‌ای تبعیت‌درمانی

هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه رفتارهای خودمراقبتی با آسیب‌پذیری روانی در بیماران قلبی‌عروقی با نقش واسطه‌ای تبعیت‌درمانی بود. روش این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی مبتنی بر تحلیل مسیر بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل تمامی 354 بیمار مبتلا به بیمارهای قلبی‌عروقی در بیمارستان تخصصی قلب سیدالشهدا در شهر ارومیه در سال 1400 بود. بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان با احتمال وجود پرسش‌نامه‌های ناقص تعداد 226 نفر از بیمارانی دارای بیماری‌های قلبی‌عروقی ﭘﺲ از ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ معیارهای ورود ﺑﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ روش دردسترس انتخاب شدند. از پرسش‌نامه آسیب‌پذیری روانی (scl25، نجاریان و داوودی،1380)، پرسش‌نامه تبعیت‌درمانی (adq، سید فاطمی و همکاران، 2018) و پرسش‌نامه رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بیماران قلبی (ehfsb، ولن و همکاران، 2013) گرفته شد. داده ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل مسیر با نرم افزار spss 18 و amos 23 تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین رفتارهای خودمراقبتی و تبعیت‌درمانی با آسیب‌پذیری روانی در بیماران قلبی‌عروقی رابطه منفی معنی داری وجود دارد (0/01>p). رفتارهای خودمراقبتی بر آسیب‌پذیری روانی با نقش واسطه‌ای تبعیت‌درمانی تاثیری معادل 0/55 دارد. (0/01≥p). مدل پژوهش دارای برازش مطلوبی بود و مقدار ضریب تبیین کلی در مسیرهای مستقیم و غیرمستقیم برابر با 0/42=r2 بود. این نتایج بر تاثیر عوامل شناختی رفتاری در کنترل آسیب‌پذیری روانی در بیماران قلبی‌عروقی تاکید دارد.

the relation of self-care behaviors with mental vulnerability in cardiovascular patients with mediating role of adherence

the aim of this study was to investigate the relation of selfcare behaviors with mental vulnerability in cardiovascular patients with mediating role of adherence. the method of this research was descriptive correlation based on path analysis. the statistical population of this study included all 354 patients with cardiovascular diseases in seyed alshohada specialized heart hospital in urmia in 2021. according to krejcie and morgan’s table, with the possibility of incomplete questionnaires, 226 patients with cardiovascular disease were selected by available methods after reviewing the inclusion criteria. the mental vulnerability questionnaire (scl25) by najarian and davoodi (2001), the adherence questionnaire (adq) by seyed fatemi et al. (2018), and the selfcare behaviors questionnaire (ehfsb) by wellen et al. (2013) were taken. data were analyzed using the pearson correlation method and path analysis with spss18 and amos23 software. the results showed that there is a significant negative relationship between selfcare behaviors and adherence to mental vulnerability in cardiovascular patients (p<0.01). selfcare behaviors have an effect of 0.55 on psychological vulnerability with the mediating role of adherence. (p≤ 0.01). the research model had a good fit and also, and the value of the general explanation coefficient in direct and indirect paths was equal to r2=0.42. these results emphasize the effect of cognitivebehavioral factors in controlling psychological vulnerability in cardiovascular patients.
