بررسی نقش میانجی نشخوار فکری در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن و افسردگی در اختلالات روان‌پزشکی سرپایی

نشخوار فکری به‌عنوان یک راهبرد شناختی ناسازگار در اختلالات مختلف همچون افسردگی تاثیرگذار است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی نقش میانجی نشخوار فکری در رابطه دلبستگی ناایمن اضطرابی و اجتنابی با افسردگی است. در پژوهش 120 نفر افراد مبتلا به اختلالات افسردگی، وسواس-اجبار و اضطرابی از بیمارستان مهر به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. افراد به مقیاس نشخوار فکری (نولن هوکسما و مارو، 1991)، پرسشنامه افسردگی بک (ﺑﻚ و همکاران، 1961) و پرسشنامه تجربیات در روابط نزدیک (برنن و همکاران، 1998) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از الگویابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که نشخوار فکری به طور معناداری در رابطه دلبستگی ناایمن اضطرابی و افسردگی نقش میانجی را ایفا می کند. در این پژوهش رابطه بین نشخوار فکری و دلبستگی اجتنابی تایید نشد. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش سبک دلبستگی اضطرابی می تواند با تاثیر بر میزان نشخوار فکری در شکل گیری افسردگی نقش داشته باشد. 

investigating the mediating role of rumination in the relationship between insecure attachment styles and depression in outpatient psychiatric disorders

rumination, as a maladaptive cognitive strategy, is effective in various disorders such as depression. the aim of this study was to investigate the effect of rumination as a mediator in the relationship between anxious and avoidant insecure attachment with depression. in the study, 120 people with depressive disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder, and anxiety were selected purposefully from mehr hospital. the respondents answered the rumination response scale (nolen-hoeksema, & morrow, 1991), beck depression inventory (beck et al., 1961), and the experiences in close relationship questionnaire (brennan et al., 1998). data analysis was performed using structural equation modeling. the results showed that rumination significantly mediated the relationship between anxious attachment and depression. in this study, the relationship between rumination and avoidant attachment was not confirmed. based on the results of the study, anxious attachment style can play a role in the formation of depression by affecting the amount of rumination.
