مطالعه‌ی کیفی الگوهای ارتباطی زنان قربانی خشونت مکرر براساس بن‌مایه‌ی تعارضی ارتباط

قربانیان خشونت مکرر افرادی هستند که بارها تحت خشونت قرار گرفته و از رابطه خارج نشده‌اند. این دسته از قربانیان ویژگی‌های منحصربه‌ فردی دارند که به تعاملات پیشین‌شان وابسته است. این ویژگی‌ها گرچه بر ارتباطات فرد اثرگذارند اما پژوهش‌ها مشخصاً به بررسی الگوهای ارتباطی این دسته از افراد نپرداخته بودند. هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی الگوهای ارتباطی از طریق بن مایه‌ی تعارضی ارتباط بود تا بدین شکل تاثیر احتمالی گذشته افراد را ردیابی شود و از روش کیفی پایه استفاده شد. جامعه‌ی مورد مطالعه، شامل زنان قربانی خشونت مکرر شهر تهران در سال 1400 بود و نمونه‌گیری پژوهش حاضر پس از انجام مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته با نفر هشتم به اشباع رسیده و پایان یافت. یافته‌ها نشان داد این افراد عمده‌ی روابطشان را تنها بر حسب نیاز به دوست‌داشته شدن شکل داده‌‌اند و آرزوهایشان تنوع چندانی ندارد. به‌علاوه در روابط فعلی این افراد یک ترومای ارتباطی دیده شد که  از خانواده مبدا نشئت گرفته و روابط فعلی را تحت‌تاثیر قرار داده بود. تروما به طور کلی منتقل شده بود اما در ارتباط با افراد گوناگون ویژگی‌های متفاوتی نشان می‌داد. برای مثال الگوهای ارتباطی والدین و همسر کاملا مشابه بود اما رابطه با دوست شکل دیگری داشت. نیاز به خوداظهارگری و مستقل بودن تنها در روابط اجتماعی فرد حضور داشت و می‌توان گفت روابط اجتماعی فرد نزیسته‌ی زندگی شخصی‌و عاطفی این دسته از افراد است. به نظر می‌رسد آنچه سبب شده بود ارتباطات اجتماعی اندکی از کلیشه‌های آن‌ها فاصله بگیرد این بود که فرد در این روابط احساس عاملیت می‌کرد و احساس می‌کرد در رابطه‌ی برابرتری قرار گرفته است. در  نتیجه اگر بناست تکرار خشونت متوقف شود، باید عاملیت و اثرگذاری‌ای که این افراد می‌توانند داشته باشند را به تجربه دریابند.

qualitative study of relational patterns in women victims of repeated violence based on core conflictual relationship theme (ccrt)

repeat victims are referred to as people who have been victims of domestic violence frequently without leaving the abusive relationship. although these traits may affect their communication, research has not specifically examined the relational patterns of this group of people. the aim of the present study was to investigate the relational patterns through core conflictual relationship themes in order to track the possible impact of the past. to this end, the basic qualitative method was used. the population of the present study included women victims of repeated violence in tehran in 1400 and the sampling of it was saturated and completed after conducting a semistructured interview with the eighth person. the findings demonstrate that repeat victims had shaped most of their relationships only based on the need to be loved, their aspirations were not diverse. in addition, all our participants had experienced relational traumas which transmitted from their family of origin to their current relationships. trauma was generally transmitted, but it had different characteristics concerning different individuals. for example, the parent and spouse relational patterns were quite similar, but the relationships with friends were different. for the individual, the need for selfexpression and independence was only present in relationships with the latter group; hence, it can be said that our participants tried to experience what was deprived of them in the relationships with the former group. what caused the relationship with friends to differ to a degree from their stereotypical relationships was that the person felt mastery and parity in the relationship. therefore, if the recurrent violence or the stereotypical relationships of repeat victims is to be stopped or broken, experiencing mastery and agency is a necessity.
