پیش‌بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس دانش جنسی و طرحواره‌های جنسی در زنان متاهل

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی رضایت زناشویی بر اساس دانش جنسی و طرحواره های جنسی در زنان متاهل انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی زنان مراجعه‌کننده به مرکز مشاوره بهزیستی شهر اراک در ماه‌های خرداد و تیر سال 1398 بودند. به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس، 110 نفر از مراجعه کنندگان به این مرکز به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های رضایت زناشویی emss (انریچ، 1989)، دانش جنسی sks (آن هوپر، 1992) و طرحواره های جنسی sss (اندرسون و سیووانسکی، 1994)، استفاده شد. داده ها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل رگرسیون به کمک نرم افزار spss نسخه 23، تحلیل شد. یافته‌های حاصل از تحلیل داده های پژوهش نشان داد که بین دانش جنسی، طرحواره های جنسی و رضایت زناشویی همبستگی معنی‌دار وجود دارد (05/0p<). همچنین، شاخص ضریب تعیین چندگانه اصلاح شده، نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش بین شامل دانش جنسی و طرحواره های رمانتیک، صریح و خجالتی، می توانند در مجموع 35% از رضایت زناشویی را پیش بینی کند. با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش می توان نتیجه گرفت که رضایت زناشویی در زنان متاهل با عواملی از جمله دانش جنسی و طرحواره های جنسی در ارتباط است؛ بنابراین، برنامه های توانمندسازی و آموزشی با هدف دانش افزایی جنسی و افزایش علاقه بین زوجین، می تواند نقش موثری در بهبود کیفیت زناشویی و افزایش رضایت از زندگی را به همراه داشته باشد.

Predicting marital satisfaction based on sexual knowledge and sexual schemas in married women

The aim of this study was to predict marital satisfaction based on sexual knowledge and sexual schemas in married women. The research method was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population included all women who were referred to the Welfare Counseling Center in Arak in June and July 2018. Using the available sampling method, 115 patients referred to this center were selected as the research sample. In order to collect information, Enrich (1989) Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, Anhopper (1992) Sexual Knowledge Questionnaire, and Anderson and Sivansky #39;s (1994) Sex Schemas were used to collect data. Data were analyzed using a regression analysis test using SPSS software version 23. Findings from the analysis of research data showed that there is a significant correlation between sexual knowledge, sexual schemas, and marital satisfaction (P <0/05). Also, the modified multiple determination coefficient indexes showed that predictor variables, including sexual knowledge and romantic, explicit, and shy schemas, can predict a total of 35% of marital satisfaction. According to the results of this study, it can be concluded that marital satisfaction in married women is related to factors such as sexual knowledge and sexual schemas; Therefore, empowerment and educational programs with the aim of increasing sexual knowledge and increasing interest between couples can play an effective role in improving the quality of marriage and increasing life satisfaction.
