نقش معلمان در سازگاری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در دوره شیوع ویروس کرونا: مطالعه کیفی

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی نقش معلمان در سازگاری تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در دوره شیوع ویروس کرونا، به انجام رسید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و با روش پدیدارشناختی توصیفی انجام شد. مشارکت کنندگان این پژوهش، 11 نفر از دانش آموزان پسر مقطع ابتدایی (پایه پنجم) منطقه 18 شهر تهران در سه ماه پاییز 1399 بودند. شرکت‌کنندگان براساس معیارهای ورود با روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب و نمونه‌گیری تا حد اشباع اطلاعات، ادامه یافت. ابزار گردآوری داده ها در این پژوهش، مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود و برای تحلیل داده ها از روش کُلایزی استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از تحلیل داده ها، منجر به استخراج سه مضمون اصلی شد که شامل مضامین زیر بودند: حمایت آموزشی، حمایت رفتاری و حمایت روانی. نتایج این پژوهش، حاکی از اهمیت نقش معلم در سازگاری تحصیلی دانش آموزان در دوران بیماری‌های همه‌گیر از جمله کووید19 است؛ معلمان و سایر کادر آموزشی می توانند از یافته های این پژوهش برای اعمال روش هایی برای سازگاری بهتر دانش آموزان بهره گیری نمایند.

The role of teachers in students' academic adjustment during the coronavirus outbreak: A qualitative study

The aim of this study was to identify the role of teachers in students #39; academic adjustment during coronavirus outbreaks. The present study was conducted qualitatively and with a descriptive phenomenological method. Participants in this study were 11 male elementary school students (fifth grade) in the 18th district of Tehran in autumn 2020. Participants were selected based on inclusion criteria using the purposive sampling method and sampling was continued until data saturation. The data collection tool in this study was a semistructured interview and the Colaizzi #39;s method was used to analyze the data. Findings from data analysis led to the extraction of three main themes, which included the following themes: educational support, behavioral support, and psychological support. The results of this study indicate the importance of the teacher #39;s role in students #39; academic adjustment during epidemics, including Covid19; Teachers and other teaching staff can use the findings of this study to apply methods for better student adaptation.
