مقایسه اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی راه‌حل‌مدار با زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار بر بخشودگی، عملکرد جنسی و باورهای ارتباطی زوجین دارای تجربه خیانت زناشویی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف مقایسه اثربخشی زوج‌درمانی راه‌حل‌مدار و هیجان‌مدار بر بخشودگی، عملکرد جنسی و باورهای ارتباطی زوج‌های دارای تجربه خیانت زناشویی شهر کرمانشاه انجام شد. روش پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی و از نوع طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل زوج های در شُرف طلاق که دارای تجربه خیانت زناشویی شهر کرمانشاه در سال 1398 بودند را تشکیل می‌داد. نمونه پژوهش شامل 36 زوج بودند که به‌صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به‌صورت تصادفی در دو گروه آزمایش و یک گروه گواه (هر کدام 12 زوج) جایگزین شدند. شرکت‌کنندگان قبل و بعد از مداخله، پرسشنامه‌های بخشودگی (ffs) (احتشام‌زاده و همکاران، 1389)، عملکرد جنسی زنان (fsfi) (روزن و همکاران، 2000)، سلامت جنسی مردان (mshq) (روزن و همکاران، 2004) و باورهای ارتباطی (cbq) (آیدلسون و اپستین، 1982) را تکمیل کردند. برنامه آموزش زوج‌درمانی راه‌حل‌مدار و زوج‌درمانی هیجان‌مدار به‌مدت 8 جلسه، هر جلسه به‌مدت 90 دقیقه و یک‌بار در هفته برای دو گروه آزمایش اجرا شد. گروه گواه آموزشی دریافت نکرد. جهت آزمون فرضیه‌ها از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس با آزمون تعقیبی بن‌فرونی استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین گروه‌های آزمایشی و گواه تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد (0.001>p)؛ به‌طور کُلی هر دو روش درمانی اثربخشی یکسانی داشتند. براین اساس، زوج‌درمانی راه‌حل‌مدار و هیجان‌مدار می‌تواند به‌عنوان روشی موثر و کارآمد در افزایش بخشودگی، عملکرد جنسی و کاهش باورهای ناکارآمد زوجین توسط درمانگران مورد استفاده قرار گیرد و در نتیجه به بهبود روابط زناشویی کمک نماید.

Comparison of the effectiveness of solution oriented couple therapy with emotion oriented couple therapy on forgiveness, sexual function and communication beliefs of couples with marital infidelity

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of solutionoriented and emotionoriented couple therapy on forgiveness, sexual function, and communication beliefs of couples with marital infidelity in Kermanshah. The research method was quasiexperimental and was a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The statistical population of this study included a couple on the verge of divorce who had the experience of marital infidelity in Kermanshah in 2019. The sample consisted of 36 pairs that were selected by convenience sampling and randomly assigned to two experimental groups and one control group (12 pairs each). Participants completed questionnaires of forgiveness (FFS) (Ehteshamzadeh et al., 2010), Female Sexual Function (FSFI) (Rosen et al., 2000), Male Sexual Health (MSHQ) (Rosen et al., 2004), and communication ideas (CBQ) (Aidelson Epstein, 1982) before and after the intervention. The solutionoriented couple therapy and emotionoriented couple therapy training program was performed for 8 sessions, each session lasting 90 minutes and once a week for the two experimental groups. The group did not receive training. To test the hypotheses, multivariate analysis of covariance with Benferroni post hoc test was used. Findings showed that there is a significant difference between experimental and control groups (P<0.001); In general, there is no significant difference between the two groups. Accordingly, solutionoriented and emotionoriented couple therapy can be used by therapists as an effective and efficient way to increase forgiveness, sexual function and reduce the couple #39;s dysfunctional beliefs, thus helping to improve marital relationships.
