بررسی کیفی عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه به صورت کیفی است. یائسگی بعنوان یک دوره از زندگی زنان است که با تغییرات جسمی، روانی و جنسی هم راه می باشد. اگر چه برخی تغییرات فیزیولوژیک و پاتولوژیک در غالب موارد، مسبب به وجود آوردن مشکلاتی از جمله عملکرد جنسی می شوند، اما نوع نگرش زنان به یائسگی نقش مهمی در به وجود آمدن و یا رفع آن دارد. در واقع یکی از مهمترین عوامل سعادت در زندگی زناشویی، داشتن روابط لذت بخش جنسی است که می تواند در حفظ و پایداری زندگی مشترک ایفای نقش کند.. در این پژوهش کیفی که به روش داده بنیاد انجام شده اطلاعاتی از عملکرد جنسی زنان یائسه با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته از 14 زن یائسه بدست آمد، سپس با کدگذاری آنها نتایج زیر استنتاج گردید. عملکردجنسی زنان یائسه را می توان در محورهای جسمی، روانی، روابط، عواطف، مشکلات افتصادی و مسائل خانوادگی توضیح داد. که براساس نتایج به دست آمده از مقولات اصلی به نظر می رسد که عواطف، در دوران یائسگی بیش از هر مقوله دیگری بر روی عملکرد جنسی نقش دارد و عملکرد جنسی ظاهرا در گروی رابطه دوستانه، درک متقابل، احترام، دیده شدن و قدردانی است. عملکردجنسی در این دوران می تواند نه تنها مختل نشده، بلکه به پختگی و تکامل برسد و لذت جنسی در این دوران متفاوت از دوران های دیگر تجربه گردد.

Qualitative evaluation of sexual function in postmenopausal women

The present study examines the sexual function of postmenopausal women qualitatively. Menopause is a period of women #39;s life that is accompanied by physical, mental, and sexual changes. Although some physiological and pathological changes in most cases cause problems such as sexual function, the attitude of women to menopause plays an important role in causing or eliminating it. In fact, one of the most important factors for happiness in married life is having a pleasurable sexual relationship that can play a role in maintaining and sustaining cohabitation. Semistructured interviews were obtained from 14 postmenopausal women, then the following results were inferred by coding them. The sexual function of postmenopausal women can be explained in terms of physical, psychological, relationships, emotions, economic problems, and family issues. Based on the results of the main categories, it seems that emotions, during menopause, have a greater role in sexual function than any other category, and sexual function apparently depends on friendship, mutual understanding, respect, being seen, and appreciated. Sexual function in this period can not only be not disturbed, but also reach maturity and development, and sexual pleasure can be experienced in this period differently from other periods.
