رابطه خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی با میانجی گری شوخ طبعی در نوجوانان

علی رغم شناخت روز افزون اهمیت خلاقیت در نوجوانان، خلاقیت در نوجوانان هم چنان یک رشته مغفول در مطالعه مانده است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ علّی خلاقیت و هوش هیجانی با میانجی گری شوخ طبعی در نوجوانان بود. پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف جزء پژوهش های بنیادی و از لحاظ روش از نوع مطالعات همبستگی است. جامعۀ پژوهش را کلیه دانش آموزان مقطع متوسطه شهر عباس آباد در سال 99-1398 تشکیل دادند که از بین آن ها به صورت در دسترس 314 نفر (45 پسر،269 دختر) به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای این پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه خلاقیت عابدی(1372)، پرسش نامه هوش هیجانی برادبریگریوز (2005) و شوخ طبعی خشوعی(shq) (1388) بود. برای تحلیل نتایج از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از نرم افزارهای spss و lisrel انجام شد. یافته ها نشان داد هوش هیجانی بر خلاقیت 0.63(0.001> p )، شوخ طبعی بر خلاقیت 0.16(0.002> p)، هوش هیجانی بر شوخ طبعی 0.50 تاثیر مستقیم داشت (0.001> p) و میزان تاثیر غیرمستقیم هوش هیجانی بر خلاقیت با میانجی گری شوخ طبعی 0.10 بوده است (0.05>p). بنابراین براساس نتایج حاضر می توان به اهمیت نقش شوخ طبعی در ارتباط خلاقیت با هوش هیجانی نوجوانان پی برد و در این راستا تدبیرهای لازم را بکار گرفت.

The Causal Relationship Between Creativity and Emotional Intelligence Mediated by Humor: A Study among Adolescents

Despite the growing importance of creativity in adolescents, creativity in adolescents is still a neglected discipline. The aim of this research was to investigate the relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence with mediating of humor in adolescents. In regard to the purpose, this research was Fundamental, and in regard to procedure, it was a correlation study. The study community included all middle and high school #39; students of Abbas Abad City in 20192020, among them 314(45boys, 269girls) students were selected as samples by available sampling. Research questionnaires included: the Abedi Creativity questionnaire (1993), the BradburyGraves Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire (2005), and the Humor Questionnaire(SHQ) (2009). Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the results. Findings showed that emotional intelligence on creativity was 0.63 (P <0.001), humor on creativity 0.16 (P <0.002), emotional intelligence on humor 0.50 (001 P <0.05 had a direct effect and the rate of the indirect effect of emotional intelligence on creativity mediated by humor was 0.10 (P <0.05). Therefore, based on the present results, we can understand the importance of the role of humor in the relationship between creativity and emotional intelligence of adolescents, and in this regard, the necessary measures can be used.
