خودکشی در فرهنگ ایرانی : یک مطالعه ی مروری نظام مند

در حال حاضر یکی از اولویت های اصلی در روانشناسی، مفهوم سازی شیوه های اثرگذاری فرهنگ بر آسیب شناسی روانی است. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی خودکشی در جامعه ی ایرانی انجام گرفته و یک مطالعه ی مروری نظام مند است. نتایج این مطالعه براساس مقالات چاپ شده در فاصله ی زمانی 1382تا 1395، طی جست و جو در بانک های اطلاعاتی ایرانی و خارجی از جمله sid،noormags ، springer، google scholar و science direct و با استفاده از کلید واژه های خودکشی در ایران، شیوه و علل خودکشی میان خرده فرهنگ های ایرانی استخراج گردیدند. در نهایت 25 مقاله مورد تحلیل و بررسی قرار گرفتند. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که برخلاف آمارهای جهانی، اقدام به خودکشی در مردان ایرانی بیشتر است. هم چنین میزان شیوع، روش ها و علل خودکشی در خرده فرهنگ های ایرانی متفاوت است. به طور کلی می توان گفت که مطالعات محدودی در خصوص فرهنگ و آسیب شناسی روانی در کشور ما صورت گرفته است. با توجه به این که درک بافت فرهنگی برای ارزیابی، تشخیص و مدیریت بالینی موثر اختلالات ضروری است، امید است مقاله ی حاضر بتواند نقش فرهنگ در آسیب شناسی روانی را برجسته ساخته و زمینه ای برای مطالعات جامع فراهم سازد.

Suicide in Iranian culture: A systematic review study

Currently, one of the main priorities in psychology is to conceptualize the ways in which culture affects psychopathology. The aim of this study was to investigate a suicide in Iranian society and is a systematic review. The results of this study were based on articles published between 2003 and 2016, during a search in databases such as SID, Noormags, Springer, Google Scholar, Science Direct, and using the keywords suicide in Iran, the method and causes of suicide among Iranian subcultures. Finally, 25 articles were analyzed. The findings showed that, contrary to global statistics, suicide attempts are higher among Iranian men. Also, the prevalence, methods, and causes of suicide in Iranian subcultures are different. In general, it can be said that limited studies have been done on culture and psychopathology in our country. Given that understanding the cultural context is essential for effective evaluation, diagnosis, and clinical management of the disorders, it is hoped that this article can highlight the role of culture in psychopathology and provide a basis for comprehensive studies.
