چکیده
|
مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش میانجی انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه بین تعهد زناشویی و تمایزیافتگی خود انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و به شکل خاص مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه ی زوجین مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز مشاوره شهرستان چالوس بودند که تعداد 500 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامه های تعهد زناشویی (آدامز و جونز، 1997)، تمایزیافتگی خود (اسکورن و فریدلندر، 1998) و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی (دنیس و واندروال، 2010) بودند. داده های به‌دست‌آمده با روش معادلات ساختاری تجزیه و تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که شاخص‌های برازش مدل پژوهش در دامنه قابل قبول قرار دارند و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی در رابطه ی بین تعهد زناشویی و تمایزیافتگی خود نقش میانجی ایفا کرده است. بر اساس نتایج پژوهش حاضر، می توان تمایزیافتگی خود و انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی را به‌عنوان عوامل موثر در تعهد زناشویی زوجین در برنامه های پیشگیری و مشاوره ای در نظر گرفت.

Abstract
|
The present study aimed to investigate the mediating role of cognitive flexibility in the relationship between marital commitment and differentiation. The research method is descriptivecorrelation and specifically modeling structural equations. The statistical population included all couples referring to counseling centers in Chalous city that 500 persons were selected by convenience sampling method. Research instruments included Marital Commitment Questionnaire (Adam and Jones, 1997), SelfDifferentiation Test (Skowron Friedlander, 1998), and Cognitive Flexibility Questionnaire (Dennis, Vander Wal, 2010). The obtained data were analyzed by the structural equation method. The results showed that that the fit indices of the research model are in the acceptable range and cognitive flexibility played a mediating role in the relationship between marital commitment and SelfDifferentiation. Based on the results of the present study, selfdifferentiation and cognitive flexibility can be considered as effective factors in the marital commitment of couples in prevention and counseling programs.
