شناسایی مولفه های خوشبختی زوجی در خانواده های ایرانی: رویکرد نظریه زمینه ای

بر پایه کاستی‌ها و شکاف مشاهده شده به ویژه در ادبیات پژوهشی کشور ایران، هدف اصلی این پژوهش استفاده از رویکرد کیفی برای شناخت عمیق تجربه زیسته زوجین خوشبخت ایرانی از زندگی بود. روش این پژوهش از نوع کیفی با رویکرد نظریه زمینه ای بود. شرکت کنندگان 41 زوج خوشبخت ساکن شهر زنجان بود که بر اساس نتیجه پرسشنامه رضایت زناشویی انریچ و مصاحبه با مشاوره خانواده به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. روش جمع آوری داده‌ها مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته بود. نتایج تحلیل چهار درونمایه کلی و سیزده عامل زیربنایی برای تجربه خوشبختی زوجی مشخص کرد شامل زمینه مناسب (خانواده‌ها، آمادگی موقع ازدواج، منابع مالی)، باورهای سازگارانه (انتظارات واقع بینانه، باور به درک و پذیرش، تعهد و نظارت بر تعهد)، رفتارهای تقویت کننده رابطه (همراهی و فعالیت مشترک، مهارتهای ارتباطی، حل مساله، حمایت، مسئولیت پذیری) و احساس مثبت (هیجان خواهی، احساس مثبت، زیباپسندی، محبت). درون مایه‌های شناسایی شده در پژوهش حاضر به دلیل ارتباط با مبانی نظری و همچنین انتزاع بالای آنها، علاوه بر جامعیت دارای ساختار نظری مرتبط با بدنه دانش و نظریه‌های موجود است. نتایج پژوهش حاضر از نگاه نظریه شناختیرفتاری تبیین شده است.

Identifying the components of marital happiness in Iranian families: An grounded theory approach

Based on the shortcomings and gaps observed, especially in the research literature of Iran, the main purpose of this study was to use a qualitative approach to deeply understand the lived experience of happy Iranian couples in life. This qualitative research was conducted using a The grounded theory approach. Participants were 41 happy couples living in Zanjan who were purposefully selected based on the results of Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire and family counseling interview. The data collection method was a semistructured interview. The results of the analysis identified four general themes and thirteen underlying factors for marital happiness experience including appropriate context (families, marriage readiness, financial resources), adaptive beliefs (realistic expectations, belief in understanding and acceptance, commitment and monitoring of commitment), relationshipstrengthening behaviors (companionship and joint activity, communication skills, problemsolving, support, responsibility) and positive feelings (excitement, positive feeling, Aesthetics, Kindness). The themes identified in the present study, due to their relationship with theoretical foundations and their high abstraction, in addition to comprehensiveness, have a theoretical structure related to the body of knowledge and existing theories. The extracted components in the present study are explained from the perspective of cognitivebehavioral theory.
