اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی بر بی‌حسی هیجانی (کرختی) و ساده‎انگاری هیجانی در مادران کودکان کم‎توان ذهنی

امروزه مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی دارای مشکلات هیجانی بسیاری هستند. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر اثربخشی گروه‌درمانی مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی بر بی حسی هیجانی و ساده انگاری هیجانی مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی بود. این پژوهش نیمه‌آزمایشی از نوع پیش آزمون پس آزمون با گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه مادران دارای کودک کم توان ذهنی کمتر از پانزده سال، شهرستان اردبیل در بهار سال 1399 بود. با مراجعه به اداره بهزیستی شهر اردبیل از بین مراکز توانبخشی و مدارس استثنایی به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله، 4 مرکز و مدرسه انتخاب شد و تعداد 40 نفر از خانواده های کودکان مبتلا به اختلال کم توان ذهنی را به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و همخوان با ملاک های ورودی پژوهش و متمایل به شرکت در درمان از مرکز بهزیستی شهرستان اردبیل انتخاب کرده و مادران خانواده به صورت گمارش تصادفی در دو گروه، آزمایش (20=n) و کنترل (20=n) قرار گرفتند. گروه آزمایش، 10 جلسه، طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی گروهی را دریافت کرده اما گروه کنترل دریافتی نداشتند. اعضای دو گروه به مقیاس طرحواره های هیجانی لیهی(2002) قبل و پس از درمان پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل کوواریانس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثربخشی گروه درمانی مبتنی بر طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی بر بی‌حسی هیجانی (0.01>p) و ساده‌انگاری هیجانی (0.01>p) معنی دار است. به‌عبارت دیگر این درمان باعث کاهش معنادار در نمرات متغیر‌های بی‌حسی هیجانی و ساده‌انگاری هیجانی در مادران کودکان کم توان ذهنی مورد مطالعه در گروه آزمایش نسبت به گروه کنترل شد. به‌طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که طرحواره‌درمانی هیجانی می‌تواند به‌عنوان یک درمان موثر در اصلاح بسیاری از طرحواره‌های هیجانی مادران کودکان کم‌توان ذهنی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

Effectiveness of Schema-Based Group Therapy Emotional Therapy on Emotional Anesthesia (Numbness) and Emotional Simplification in Mothers of Mentally Retarded Children

Today, mothers of mentally retarded children have many emotional problems. Therefore, the aim of this study was the effectiveness of group therapy, schemabased therapy, emotional therapy on emotional anesthesia, and emotional simplification of mothers of mentally retarded children. This was a pretestposttest experimental study with a control group. The statistical population of the study was all mothers with mentally retarded children less than 15 years old, Ardabil city in the spring of 1399. By referring to Ardabil Welfare Office, 4 centers and schools were selected from rehabilitation centers and exceptional schools by multistage cluster sampling method, and 40 families of children with mental disabilities were selected by sample method. Select simple random sampling in accordance with the criteria for research and willingness to participate in treatment from the welfare center of Ardabil city and place the mothers of the family in two groups of random assignment, experimental (n = 20) and control (n = 20). they got. The experimental group received 10 sessions of group emotional therapy regimen but the control group did not. Members of both groups responded to the Leahy Emotional Schemas Scale (2002) before and after treatment. Analysis of covariance was used to analyze the data. The results showed that the effectiveness of the therapeutic schema based on emotional therapy is significant with emotional anesthesia (P<0/01) and emotional simplification (P<0/01). other results of this cure resulted in a significant reduction in scores of emotional numbness and emotional numbness in mothers of low power power children studied in the experiment group compared to the control group. in general, the results of this research show that emotional disorders can be considered as an effective remedy for modifying many of the emotional schemas of mothers of low power.
