مدل معادلات ساختاری رابطه بین سبک های دلبستگی و پریشانی روانشناختی : نقش واسطه‌ای طرحواره‌های هیجانی

افسردگی و اضطراب جزء رایج ترین اختلالات روانشناختی هستند که علاوه بر تحمیل هزینه های گزاف بر فرد و جامعه با بسیاری از اختلالات روانشناختی نیز همپوشانی دلرند. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش واسطه‌ای طرحواره های هیجانی در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی و پریشانی روان‌شناختی بود. تحقیق از نوع توصیفی همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل دانشجویانی بود که در سال تحصیلی 99-1398 در دانشکده های علوم تربیتی و روانشناسی دانشگاه‌های تهران و شهید بهشتی تحصیل می‌کردند و از این تعداد، 154 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. همه افراد به پرسشنامه های سبک‌های دلبستگی کالینز و ریدز (کالینز و رید، 1990)، مقیاس افسردگی اضطراب استرس (لاویباند و لاویباند، 1995) و پرسش نامه طرحواره های هیجانی (لیهی، 2002) پاسخ دادند. برای تحلیل داده‌ها و تعیین اثر غیرمستقیم از آزمون میانجی‌گری سوبل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که طرحواره های هیجانی سازگار در رابطه بین سبک‌های دلبستگی ایمن و ناایمن و پریشانی روانشناختی نقش واسطه‌ای ایفا می‌کنند (0.05≥p ). میان سبک‌های دلبستگی و پریشانی روانشناختی با درنظر گرفتن طرحواره های هیجانی به‌عنوان عامل واسطه‌ای رابطه غیرمستقیم وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر می توان پیشنهاد نمود که برای درمان افسردگی و اضطراب به‌طور همزمان به ترمیم و بهبود سبک‌های دلبستگی و طرحواره های هیجانی پرداخته شود.

Structural Equation Model of the Relationship between Attachment styles and Psychological Distress: The Mediating role of Emotional Schemas

Depression and anxiety are among the most common psychological disorders that, in addition to imposing exorbitant costs on the individual and society, also overlap with many psychological disorders. This study aimed to investigate the mediating role of emotional schemas in the relationship between attachment styles and psychological distress. This research was descriptivecorrelational. The statistical population included students who were studying in the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Psychology of Tehran and Shahid Beheshti Universities in the academic year 20192020, and 154 of them were selected by convenience sampling method. All subjects in the sample answered three questionnaires: Revised Adult Attachment Scale Questionnaire (Collins and Reed, 1990), Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (Laviband and Laviband, 1995), and the Leahy Emotional Schema Scale (Leahy, 2002)... A Sobel mediation test was used to analyze the data and to determine the indirect effect. The results showed that adaptive emotional schemas play a mediating role in the relationship between secure and insecure attachment styles and psychological distress (p le;0.05). There is an indirect relationship between attachment styles and psychological distress by considering emotional schemas as mediating factors. According to the results of the present study, it can be suggested that for the treatment of depression and anxiety, simultaneously repair and improve attachment styles and emotional schemas.
