مصاحبه صورت‌بندی فرهنگی: نقش فرهنگ در آسیب‌شناسی روانی

فرهنگ، به عنوان مجموعه‌ای از باورها، ارزش‌ها، قوانین و آداب و رسوم که بر تمام ابعاد زندگی انسان اثرگذار است، می‌تواند در فرآیند شکل‌گیری آسیب‌شناسی روانی و اختلالات روانشناختی نقش مهمی ایفا کند. هدف از این پژوهش که به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی صورت گرفته است، بررسی نقش فرهنگ در بروز و ظهور رفتارهای نابهنجار و آسیب‌ شناسی روانی، با تاکید بر نقش مصاحبه صورت‌بندی فرهنگی است. با وجود جنبه های کاربردی بالینی و پژوهشی این مصاحبه، محدودیت ها و نقدهایی نیز در مورد آن مطرح شده است. بنابراین، استفاده از این ابزار در فرآیند ارزیابی و تشخیص بالینی، علاوه بر نکات مثبت، نیازمند در نظر گرفتن محدودیت‌ها و نقدهای وارد شده بر آن و انجام پژوهش‌های بیشتر در انواع فرهنگ ها و جوامع متخصصان بالینی (نه فقط جامعه روانپزشکان) در خصوص کارایی این مصاحبه است.

Cultural Formulation Interview: The Role of Culture in Psychopathology

Culture as a set of beliefs, values, laws, and customs which influence all aspects of human life can have a significant role in shaping psychopathology and psychological disorders. The purpose of this study that conducted via the descriptiveanalytic method is to investigate the role of culture in psychopathology and abnormal behaviorschr('39') incidence with the emphasis on cultural formulation interviews. Despite the clinical and research implications of this interview, there are some limitations and criticisms about it. Therefore, in addition to positive points, the use of this tool in the clinical assessment and diagnosis process requires consideration of the limitations and criticisms imposed on it and also conducting more researches about its application in different cultures and clinical specialistschr('39') population (not only in psychiatristschr('39') population).
