توهم منفی به پدیده‌ی خاصی اشاره دارد که غالباً هم در زندگی روزمره و هم درمان بالینی اتفاق می‌افتد. این پدیده دال بر غیبتی بسیار مجازی و و در عین حال آشکار است و به‌طور ضمنی، به عاطفه‌ای ابرازنشده و تجربه‌ی غیرمعمولی که تحت تاثیر احساسات منفی است اشاره دارد. این پدیده نخستین بار توسط زیگموند فروید و ساندور فرنزی، به عنوان بخشی از طیف روان‌پریشی، شناسایی شد و سپس، عمدتاً توسط آندره گرین، خصوصاً در کارکرد امر منفی مطالعه شده است. تمرکز این مقاله بیشتر بر اظهارات گرین در مورد توهم منفی به‌مثابه‌ی پیامد تناقض توهم منفی در رابطه با بازنمایی فقدانِ غیرقابل‌بازنمایی خواهد بود. هدف از مقاله حاضر مروری نظری بر مفهوم توهم منفی در نظریه و رویکردهای مختلف در جهت آشنایی بیشتر متخصصان سلامت روان با این مفهوم است. امید است با افزایش دانش درباره این مفهوم، زمینه پژوهش های مفصل تر در راستای سنجش و درمان آن فراهم گردد.

Negative hallucination refers to a specific phenomenon that often occurs in both daily life and clinical treatment. This phenomenon indicates a very virtual and at the same time obvious absence, and implicitly refers to unexpressed emotions and unusual experiences that are influenced by negative emotions. This phenomenon was first identified by Sigmund Freud and Sandor Francis as part of the psychiatric spectrum and has since been studied mainly by Andre Green, especially in the work of the negative. The focus of this article will be more on Greenchr('39')s statements about negative hallucination as a consequence of the paradox of the negative hallucination regarding the representation of the unrepresentable absence. The purpose of this article is a theoretical review of the concept of negative hallucination in different theories and approaches in order to familiarize mental health professionals with this concept. It is hoped that by increasing knowledge about this concept, more detailed research will be provided to assess and treat it.
