نقش تشخیصی احساس تنهایی در تمایز گذاری دانشجویانِ با بهزیستی ذهنی بالا و پایین

بهزیستی ذهنی یکی از سازه‌های مهم سلامت روانی است که شناسایی عوامل تاثیرگذار در آن از اهمیت فراوانی برخوردار است. لذا، پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین نقش احساس تنهایی به عنوان پیش بین بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان انجام شد. روش پژوهش حاضر از نوع علی مقایسه‌ای بود. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی دانشجویان دختر و پسر دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال تحصیلی 98-1397، به تعداد 8286 نفر بودند که بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان، 255 نفر از آن‌ها با روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از پرسش‌نامه‌های بهزیستی ذهنی وارویک ادینبورگ (2007) و احساس تنهایی راسل و همکاران (1980) استفاده شد.. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌ تحلیل تشخیصی مورد تجزیه وتحلیل قرار گرفتند. یافته‌های تحلیل تشخیصی، منجر به یک تابع تشخیص معنادار شد که طبق آن متغیر احساس تنهایی توان تمایز بین گروه‌ها را داشت. همچنین، طبق این تابع تشخیص 78.5 درصد از دانشجویان به درستی در گروه های اولیه خود جایگزین شده بودند. بر اساس نتایج حاضر، در برنامه‌های آموزشی و پژوهشی برای افزایش بهزیستی ذهنی دانشجویان باید به احساس تنهایی توجه ویژه داشت.

Discriminative role of loneliness in discrimination of students with high and low mental well-being

Mental wellbeing is one of the essential constructs of mental health and identifying the factors affecting it is of paramount importance. Therefore, This study aimed to determine the role of loneliness as a predictor of mental wellbeing among students. It was causalcomparative research. The research population consisted of all male and female students studying in Tabriz University of medical sciences (N= 8286) in the 20182019 academic year that according to Krejcie and Morgan table, 255 students were selected by multistage cluster sampling method. For data collection from the Warwick -Edinburgh mental wellbeing scale (2007), Loneliness scale (1980) were used. Data were analyzed using statistical test discriminant analysis. The results of the discriminant analysis, leading to a significant discriminative function that according to this function, the loneliness variable had the ability in discriminating between groups. Also, Based on this discriminative function, 78/5% of the students were properly assigned in their initial groups. Based on the present results, in educational and research programs to increase the mental wellbeing among students, loneliness needs special attention.
