مروری بر ارتباط سبک دلبستگی و ظرفیت تاملی با علائم اختلال نقص‌توجه-بیش‌فعالی

علائم تکانشگری، نقص توجه، مشکلات تحصیلی و اجتماعی بیانگر نشانه‌های اختلالی به نام اختلال نقص‌توجه-بیش‌فعالی هستند. با افزایش علاقه‌ی روزافزون در دو دهه‌ی اخیر نسبت به بررسی عوامل محیطی در سبب شناسی این اختلال، اهمیت حوزه‌ی خانواده و سبک دلبستگی والد و فرزند مورد توجه قرار گرفته است؛ که در این میان سازه‌ی ظرفیت تاملی (تعریف عملیاتی ذهنی‌سازی) به عنوان بخشی از دلبستگی مطرح است. پژوهش حاضر به بررسی دانش موجود در زمینه‌ی سبک دلبستگی و ظرفیت تاملی در افراد مبتلا به اختلال نقص‌توجه-بیش‌فعالی و والدین آنها پرداخته است؛ که از نوع نظام‌مند روایتی است. در این پژوهش منابع در دسترس تا 2020 با جستجوی کلیدواژه‌های ظرفیت تاملی، ذهنی‌سازی، دلبستگی، نقص‌توجه و بیش‌فعالی و والدگری دریافت شدند و در نهایت پس از انتخاب مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. طیق مطالعات به نظر می‌رسد میان سبک دلبستگی و ظرفیت تاملی کودکان و والدین با بروز علائم اختلال نقص‌توجه بیش‌فعالی رابطه وجود دارد.

A review of the relationship between attachment style and reflective functioning with symptoms of attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder

Symptoms of impulsivity, attention deficit, academic and social problems indicate signs of a disorder called attention deficithyperactivity disorder. With the growing interest in the last two decades to investigate the environmental factors in the etiology of this disorder, the importance of the family field and the parent and child attachment style has been considered; in the meantime, the construction of the reflective functioning (operational definition of metallization) is considered as a part of the attachment. The present study investigates the existing knowledge in the field of attachment style and reflective functioning in people with attention deficithyperactivity disorder and their parents, which is a systematic type of narrative. In this study, the available resources were received until 2020 by searching for the keywords of reflective functioning, metallization, attachment, attention deficit, and hyperactivity, and parenting and were finally reviewed after selection. Studies show that there is a relationship between attachment style and reflective functioning of children and their parents with the symptoms of attention deficithyperactivity disorder.
