طراحی الگوی برنامه درسی آموزش بهداشت وتوسعه سلامت دوره متوسطه اول براساس شاخص‌های نظام سلامت و سندتحول بنیادین آموزش و پرورش

بهداشت و سلامت به عنوان یک ارزش فردی و اجتماعی، بر طبق اساسنامه سازمان جهانی بهداشت و از دیدگاه همه ملت ها و نزد همه مکاتب، یکی از ابتدایی ترین حقوق و نیازهای بشر تلقی شده است که دست یافتن به بالاترین سطح آن از اهداف اجتماعی و ملی تمامی دولت ها به حساب می آید. دراین میان نظام آموزش و پرورش از بزرگترین و گسترده ترین سیستم های درون هر جامعه ای است که سرنوشت آن جامعه را جهت تامین سلامت در بلندمدت تعیین می کند. این پژوهش از نوع پژوهش های کاربردی بود که با روش تحقیق زمینه ای انجام شد. روش تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات توصیف مبانی وتحلیل واستنتاج نظری بود. برای اعتباربخشی الگوی پیشنهادی جامعه آماری شامل40 نفر از متخصصان برنامه درسی و 360 نفر از معلمان دوره متوسطه اول شهر رشت در سال تحصیلی 99 1398 بود. به منظور نظرسنجی از متخصصان ومعلمان ذیربط درباره الگوی پیشنهادی متشکل از چهارعنصر برنامه درسی از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته دارای 32 گویه با مقیاس 5 درجه ای لیکرت ( ازخیلی کم 1 تا خیلی زیاد 5) استفاده شد. به منظور تامین روایی این پرسشنامه از روایی صوری و محتوایی استفاده شد و بدین ترتیب برای پایایی پرسشنامه طبق نظر استادان راهنما و مشاور و 9 نفر دیگر از متخصصان برنامه درسی و معلمان با تجربه در دوره متوسطه اوّل مورد تایید قرار گرفت. داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصیفی شامل (توزیع فراوانی ودرصد) و آمار استنباطی شامل (آزمون مجذور خی دو) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده از نرم افزار آماری spss استفاده شد . یافته ها و نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بیش از 85 درصد متخصصان برنامه درسی و دبیران دوره متوسطه اول ویژگی های اهداف،محتوی،راهبردهای یاددهی یادگیری و ارزشیابی را در این الگو مورد تایید قرار داده اند. همچنین بین دیدگاه متخصصان برنامه درسی و دبیران دوره متوسطه اول در مورد ویژگی های این عناصر تفاوت آماری معناداری وجود ندارد (p>0/05). بنابراین الگوی موردنظر می تواند در ارتقاء آموزش بهداشت و توسعه سلامت دانش آموزان نقش به سزایی داشته باشد.

Designing a Model of Health Education and Health Development Curriculum for the Secondary School Based on Health System Indicators and Fundamental Transformation of Education

Health as a matter of personal and social value, in accordance with the Statute of the World Health Organization, and to the eyes of all nations and to all schools, one of the most basic rights and needs; Human beings are considered to be at the highest level of social and national goals of all states. The education and training system, meanwhile, is one of the largest and most extensive systems within any society that determines the fate of a community in the long run. This research was a kind of applied research that was done by field research method. The method of analysis was the analysis of the information, the description of the foundations and the analysis of the theoretical inference. To validate the proposed model, the statistical population consisted of 40 curriculum specialists and 360 first grade teachers in the city of Rasht in the academic year of 20192020. The researchermade questionnaire consisting of 32 items on a 5point Likert scale (ranging from very low 1 to very high 5) was used to provide validity to this survey. The questionnaire was used for face validity and content validity and was approved for the reliability of the questionnaire according to guidance and counseling professors and 9 other experts in the curriculum and experienced teachers in the first high school. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics (frequency distribution) and inferential statistics (Chisquare test). Findings and results showed that more than 85% of curriculum specialists and first grade teachers endorsed the characteristics of goals, content, teachinglearning and evaluation strategies in this model. Also, there was no significant difference between the viewpoints of curriculum specialists and first grade teachers about the characteristics of these elements (P> 0.05). Therefore, this model can play an important role in promoting the health education and health development of students.
