نظریه آسیب شناسی و ساختار درمان در نظام تحلیل شناختی- رفتاری (Cbasp) و اثربخشی آن در درمان افسردگی مزمن

به رغم این واقعیت که پروتکل های درمانی رایج طراحی شده برای افسردگی غیرمزمن، اثربخشی اندکی در درمان افسردگی مزمن دارند، به ندرت پروتکل هایی که به شکل خاص برای درمان افسردگی مزمن طراحی شده باشند، معرفی شده اند. نظام روان درمانی تحلیل شناختی رفتاری (cbasp) تنها مدل درمانی است که به طور ویژه و اختصاصی برای درمان اختلال افسردگی مزمن طراحی شده است. هدف مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی حاضر معرفی این رویکرد درمانی -به عنوان یک درمان امیدبخش برای افسردگی مزمن شامل فرض های بنیادین، نظریه آسیب شناسی، مدل درمان، فرآیند درمان و تکنیک های درمانی است. در نهایت به مرور و جمع بندی پژوهش ها در زمینه اثربخشی cbasp در درمان افسردگی مزمن پرداخته می شود.

The Theory of Psychopathology and the Treatment Structure in Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) and it’s Effectiveness on Chronic Depression

Despite this fact that the common protocols designed for nonchronic depression have low effectiveness in treatment of chronic depression, there are rare treatment protocols that developed especially for chronic depression. The Cognitive Behavioral Analysis System of Psychotherapy (CBASP) is the only treatment model especially designed for chronic depression. The object of this descriptiveanalytic study is to introduce this treatment approachas a promising treatment for chronic depressionincluding the basic assumptions, the theory of psychopathology, the treatment model, the treatment process, and the therapeutic techniques. Finally the studies on the effectiveness of CBASP in the treatment of chronic depression are reviewed and summarized.
