شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان: یک مطالعه کیفی

پژوهش حاضر، یک مطالعه کیفی است که به منظور شناسایی عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری در زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کل زنان مبتلا به سرطان پستان بود که در سال 1397 به بیمارستان شهدای تجریش در تهران مراجعه کرده بودند و تحت پرتو درمانی قرار داشتند. افراد نمونه به شکل هدفمند وارد پژوهش شدند و نمونه گیری تا به اشباع رسیدن داده ها ادامه یافت؛ نمونه نهایی شامل 10 نفر بود. شرکت کنندگان به سوالات مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته پاسخ دادند و برای تحلیل داده ها از روش تحلیل محتوا (تماتیک) استفاده شد. نتایح نشان داد که عوامل موثر بر تاب آوری در این دسته از بیماران در قالب تم های حمایت اجتماعی، صبر و استقامت، امید به زندگی، حضور افراد مهم زندگی و نیز پذیرش قابل شناسایی بودند. توجه به این عوامل توسط مراکز بهداشتی و کادر درمانی در فرآیند درمان می تواند به سازگاری هر چه بیشتر این بیماران با شرایط بیماری خود کمک نماید.

Identifying The Effective Factors on Resiliency in Women with Breast Cancer: A Qualitative Study

The present study is based on a qualitative approach conducted to identify the effective factors on the resiliency in women with breast cancer. The study population was all the women with breast cancer who were referred to Shohadae Tajrish hospital (Tehran, Iran) and underwent radiotherapy in 2019. The sample was purposefully entered into the study, and the sampling process continued until data saturation; The final sampling consisted of 10 individuals. Participants answered the semiconstructed interview questions, and content analysis (thematic) was used to analyze the data. Results indicated that effective factors on the resiliency in these patients were clustered into the following themes: social support, patience and endurance, life expectancy, presence of loved ones, and ultimately, acceptance. Considering these factors in the treatment process by medical centers and their staff can help patients cope with their conditions.
