ایمنی‌شناسی عصبی روانی فرایند دلبستگی: مطالعۀ مروری

رویکرد زیستی روانی اجتماعی روان‌شناسی سلامت با نگاهی نقادانه به الگوی زیستی پزشکی غالب در قرن نوزدهم، که تنها عوامل زیستی را در سبب‌شناسی و درمان بیماری‌ها مورد توجه قرار می‌داد، گام بلندی در جهت پیشگیری و درمان بیماری‌ها برداشت. بر اساس این دیدگاه، شاخۀ پژوهشی ایمنی‌شناسی عصبی روانی گسترش یافت که رابطۀ متقابل میان عوامل روان‌شناختی، نظام‌های عصبی درون‌ریز و دستگاه ایمنی را مورد مطالعه قرار می‌دهد. یکی از مولفه‌های روان‌شناختی مهمی که می‌تواند چگونگی ارتباطات فرد با سایرین و همچنین راهبردهای تنظیم هیجانی وی، و متعاقب آن دستگاه ایمنی، را در سرتاسر زندگی به شدت تحت تاثیر قرار دهد سبک دلبستگی فرد است. در این مرور کوتاه چگونگی نقش فرایند دلبستگی در کارکرد دستگاه ایمنی و مسیرهای مختلفی را که دلبستگی به واسطۀ آنها بر بدن تاثیر می‌گذارد مورد بررسی قرار دادیم. به طور کلی بررسی پژوهش‌های صورت گرفته در این حوزه حکایت از آن دارد که سبک‌های دلبستگی ناایمن در سه سطح محور هیپوتالاموس هیپوفیز آدرنال، ساختارهای عصبی و فرایندهای اپی‌ژنتیک بر عملکرد دستگاه ایمنی تاثیر می‌گذارند که جزئیات و چگونگی آن تشریح شده است.

Psychoneuroimmunology of Attachment: A review study

The biopsychosocial approach to health psychology adopted a critical view of the biomedical model. That was the dominant model of the 19th century. It was presumed that biological factors those the only etiological and therapeutic factors contributing to diseases and took a significant step toward the prevention and treatment of diseases. The field of psychoneuroimmunology was developed based on this approach, which studies the interplay of psychological factors, neuroendocrine systems, and the immune system. Attachment is one of the most important psychological factors influencing one rsquo;s relationships, emotion regulation strategies, and immunological systems throughout their life. In this short review, we scrutinized the role of attachment in the function of the immune system and different pathways through which attachment affects our body. In sum, the literature review showed that insecure attachments influence the immune system on three levels: The hypothalamusPituitaryAdrenal axis, neural structures, and epigenetic processes. Details and procedures are discussed.
