چکیده
|
در سال‌های اخیر پژوهش‌های بسیاری در زمینه توانایی ذهنسازی و نقش کارکرد تاملی والدینی در بروز انواع اختلالات روان شناختی انجام گرفته است. این توانایی حکایت از فهم و درک والدین از وضعیت روانی کودک داشته که در نهایت باعث می‌شود کودک نیز در طول رشد به این توانایی دست یابد. در این مطالعه، مروری بر مداخلات مبتنی بر نظریه ذهنسازی، مطالعات تجربی در زمینه کارکرد تاملی، به ویژه نقش توانایی ذهنسازی والدین بر اختلالات و مشکلات رفتاری کودکان خواهیم داشت. به این منظور، مقالات در دسترس تا پیش از سال 2019 و با رعایت معیارهای ورود و خروج، مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. عبارت‌های ذهنسازی، کارکرد تاملی، کارکرد تاملی والدینی، مداخلات مبتنی بر ذهنسازی در پایگاه‌های معتبر مقالات علمی جستجو شد. در نهایت مقالات استخراج شده مورد مطالعه قرار گرفته و نقاط اشتراک و افتراق آنها مورد بحث و بررسی قرار گرفت.

Abstract
|
In recent years many studies have been done in the field of the ability of mentalization and parental reflective function and its role in the development of different kinds of psychological disorders. The ability of mentalization shows parents rsquo; understanding of their child rsquo;s mental state which will ultimately lead to the acquiring of this ability by the child during his or her development. This study is a review of the interventions based on mentalization, empirical studies in the field of parental reflective function, and especially the role of parental mentalization ability on children rsquo;s disorders and problematic behavior. For this reason, all the available articles until 2019 considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria has been studied. The phrases mentalization, reflective function, parental reflective function, and interventions based on mentalization have been searched for in reliable databases of scientific articles. Eventually, the collected articles has been studied and the similarities and differences between them has been discussed.
