پیش‌بینی انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان دختر بر اساس کمال‌گرایی و ویژگی‌های شخصیتی مادران

پژوهش حاضر با هدف پیش بینی انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان دختر بر اساس کمال گرایی و ویژگی های شخصیتی مادران انجام شد. روش پژوهش توصیفی همبستگی بود. بدین منظور تعداد 384 نفر از بین کلیه دانش آموزان دختر دوره متوسطه اول شهر تهران در سال تحصیلی 97-1396به شیوه نمونه گیری خوشه ای چندمرحله ای به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. جهت جمع آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه های انگیزش پیشرفت هرمنز (1987)، کمال‌گرایی فراست (1990) و پنج عاملی نئو کاستا و مک کری (1987) استفاده شد. به منظور نجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون رگرسیون چند متغیره به روش گام به گام استفاده شد. یافته های حاصل از تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که ابعاد کمال‌گرایی مادر به میزان 56.5 درصد از انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان دختر را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند که بیشترین سهم به ترتیب مربوط به مولفه تردید نسبت به اعمال، مولفه استانداردهای فردی، انتقاد والدین، نگرانی در مورد اشتباهات و نظم و ترتیب بود. از این میان مولفه‌های تردید نسبت به اعمال، انتقاد والدین و نگرانی در اشتباهات به‌صورت منفی و مولفه‌های استانداردهای فردی و نظم و ترتیب به‌صورت مثبت در پیش‌بینی انگیزه پیشرفت سهم داشتند؛ همچنین مولفه انتظار والدین سهم معناداری در پیش‌بینی مدل نداشت. همچنین، مولفه‌های شخصیت مادر به میزان 46.6 درصد از انگیزه پیشرفت دانش آموزان دختر را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند که بیشترین سهم به ترتیب مربوط به مولفه های باوجدان بودن، انعطاف‌پذیری، دلپذیر بودن، روان‌نژندی و برونگرایی بود. از این میان تنها مولفه روان‌نژندی به‌صورت منفی در پیش‌بینی انگیزه پیشرفت سهم داشت.

Prediction of the Female Students' Achievement Motivation Based on Mothers' Perfectionism and Personality Traits

The purpose of this study was to predict female students' achievement motivation based on mothers' perfectionism and personality traits. The study was carried out using descriptivecorrelational method. To this purpose, of all the female students in the first round high schools of Tehran city and their parents in the academic year 20182019, 384 cases were selected as the statistical sample using multistage cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, Herman's Achievement Motivation Scale (1987), Frost's Perfectionism Scale (1990), and NEO FiveFactor Inventory (NEOFFI, Costa McCrae, 1997) were used. The collected data were analyzed using multiple stepwise regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that maternal perfectionism dimensions predict 65.5 % of female students' achievement motivation. The greatest contribution is related to casting doubt over the action, individual standards, parent's criticism, concerns about mistakes, and order components, respectively. Meanwhile, casting doubt over the action, parent's criticism, and concerns about mistakes negatively, and individual standards and order positively contributed to the prediction of achievement motivation. Moreover, parental expectation component had no significant contribution to the model prediction. Additionally, mother's character components predict 46.6% of the female students' achievement motivation; and conscientiousness, flexibility, agreeableness, neuroticism, and extraversion made the greatest contribution, respectively. Of these, only neuroticism negatively contributed to the prediction of achievement motivation.
