رابطه سبک‌های دلبستگی با تمایزیافتگی خود، انعطاف‌پذیری شناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی در دانشجویان

سبک های دلبستگی می توانند تبیین گر بسیاری از ویژگی های روان شناختی از جمله؛ تمایز یافتگی خود، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی افراد باشد که لزوم توجه به این متغیر را نمایان می سازد. از این رو، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین رابطه سبک های دلبستگی با تمایز یافتگی خود، انعطاف پذیری شناختی و صمیمیت زناشویی در دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه آزاد بود. روش پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل تمامی دانشجویان زن متاهل دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد رشت در سال بودند. نمونه ای به حجم 300 نفر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شد. داده ها با استفاده از پرسش نامه های سبک های دلبستگی بزرگسال هازن و شاور (1987)، تمایز یافتگی خود اسکورن و فریدلندر (1998)، انعطاف پذیری شناختی دنیس و وندروال (2010) و صمیمیت زناشویی والکر، اسکونرسکی و تامپسون (2003) جمع آوری شدند. داده های به دست آمده با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. یافته های حاصل از پژوهش نشان داد که بین تمایزیافتگی خود و انعطاف پذیری شناختی با سبک دلبستگی ایمن رابطه مثبت و با سبک های دلبستگی نا ایمن اجتنابی و اضطرابیدوسوگرا، همبستگی منفی معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/05). همچنین بین صمیمیت زناشویی با سبک دلبستگی ایمن رابطه مثبت و با سبک دلبستگی ناایمن اضطرابیدوسوگرا رابطه منفی و معنادار وجود دارد (p<0/01). با توجه به نتایج به دست آمده و اهمیت سبک های دلبستگی در صمیمیت زناشویی زوجین، پیشنهاد می شود در رابطه با شکل گیری سبک های دلبستگی در سنین گوناگون توجه بیشتری صورت گیرد تا در آینده زوجین مشکلات کمتری را تجربه کنند.

The Relationship Between Attachment Styles with Self-differentiation, Cognitive Flexibility and Marital Intimacy in Students

Attachment styles can explain many of the psychological traits such as selfdifferentiation, cognitive flexibility, and marital intimacy that warrant attention to this variable. Therefore, the purpose of the present study was to determine the relationship between attachment styles with selfdifferentiation, cognitive flexibility and marital intimacy in married female students of Azad University. The research method was descriptive correlational. The statistical population of the study included all married female students of Islamic Azad University of Rasht. A sample of 300 people was selected as available and then the data were collected using the Adult Attachment Styles Questionnaires of Hazzan and Shaver (1987), Selfdifferentiation of Skorown and Friedlander (1998), Cognitive Flexibility Dennis and Vanderval (2010) and Walker, Skowronski Thompson (2003) Marital Intimacy were collected. The data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression. The findings showed that there is a positive relationship between selfdifferentiation and cognitive flexibility with secure attachment style and a significant negative correlation with avoidant and anxietyambivalent insecure attachment styles (P<0.05). Also, there is a positive and significant relationship between marital intimacy and secure attachment style and negative and ambivalent anxietyinsecure attachment style (P<0.01). Given the results and the importance of attachment styles in marital intimacy, it is suggested that more attention be paid to attachment styles at different ages in order to experience fewer problems in the future.
