رابطه ساده و چند گانه ادراک دشواری کار و بهزیستی روان شناختی با سازگاری شغلی معلمان کودکان استثنایی

پژوهش با هدف تعیین رابطه بین ادراک دشواری کار و بهزیستی روان شناختی با سازگاری شغلی معلمان کودکان استثنایی انجام گرفته است. پژوهش حاضر توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بوده که جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه معلمان کودکان استثنایی در استان های غربی ایران (ایلام، لرستان، کرمانشاه، کردستان) بود، بدین منظور نمونه ای به حجم 196 نفر به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای چند مرحله ای انتخاب گردید و پرسشنامه های دشواری کار، بهزیستی روان شناختی و سازگاری شغلی در اختیار آنان قرار گرفت. داده های گردآوری شده با استفاده از نرم افزارspss 19 و با شاخص همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیونی همزمان مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده ها نشان داد که بین ادراک دشواری کار با سازگاری شغلی رابطه معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین خرده مولفه های بهزیستی(پذیرش خود، تسلط برمحیط، زندگی هدفمند، رشد فردی و خود مختاری) با سازگاری شغلی نیز رابطه معناداری مشاهده شد. باتوجه به یافته های پژوهش حاضر و نتایج پژوهش های پیشین می توان گفت که شرایط سخت آموزش دادن کودکان استثنایی، ادراک دشواری کار بالا و بهزیستی روان شناختی پایین در کاهش سازگاری شغلی معلمان نقش دارند.

Simple and multiple correlation of job hardship perception and wellbeing with job adjustment of teachers of exceptional children

The aim of this research was to determine the correlation of job hardship perception and wellbeing with job adjustment of teachers of exceptional children. This research was a description of Correlation type such that the statistical population of the study include all of the teachers of exceptional student of the west provinces of Iran (Ilam, Lorestan. Kermanshah, Kordestan). For this respect, a sample of 196 person were selected in a multi stage clustering method and the questionnaires of job hardship perception and wellbeing and job adjustment were handed among them. The gathering data were analyzed using SPSS 19, the Pearson correlation index and regression analysis. Data analyze showed that there is a significant Correlation between job hardship perception and wellbeing with job adjustment. There is also significant correlation between sub components of psychological wellbeing with job adjustment. Based on the results present study and the previous studies it can be said that the difficult conditions of exceptional children training high job hardship perception and low wellbeing have significant role in reduction of job adjustment of the teachers.
