نقش عوامل فردی و شغلی در بهزیستی اجتماعی معلمان در آستانه بازنشستگی

بهزیستی اجتماعی از تغییرات در موقعیت های فردی و شغلی افراد تاثیر می پذیرد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسه بهزیستی اجتماعی در معلمان مرد و زن در آستانه بازنشستگی بر حسب برخی شاخص های جمعیت شناختی بود. در یک طرح علی مقایسه ای تعداد 138 نفر ( 59 زن و 79 مرد) از معلمان استان خراسان شمالی که دارای سنوات خدمتی 26 سال به بالا بودند، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامه اطلاعات جمعیت شناختی و مقیاس بهزیستی اجتماعی (کی یز، 1998) را تکمیل کردند. تحلیل داده‌ها با تحلیل کوواریانس چند متغیره صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که با حذف اثر شاخص های جمعیت شناختی، تفاوت های جنسیتی در یکپارچگی، مشارکت و انسجام اجتماعی معنادار است (p≤0/05) و معلمان مرد میانگین بالاتری دارند. یافته های پژوهش حاضر گویای آن بود که بهزیستی اجتماعی در معلمان مرد و زن متفاوت بوده و شاخص های جمعیت شناختی در این زمینه نقش تعدیل کننده دارند.

The role of personal and occupational factors in Social welfare in teachers on the brink of retirement

Social wellbeing affected by personal and occupational contexts' changes. The purpose of this study was to compare social wellbeing in male and female teachers at the threshold of retirement according to some demographic characteristics. In causalcomparative research, a total of 138 (59 female and 79 male) teachers from North Khorasan province who had a work experience of 26 years old were selected by multistage random sampling method and completed demographic checklist and social wellbeing scale (Keyes, 1998). Data analysis was performed by multivariate covariance analysis with SPSS.16 Software. The results showed that by eliminating the effect of demographic characteristics, gender differences in integration, contribution, and social coherence are significant (P le; 0.05) and male teachers have a higher mean. The findings of this study showed that social wellbeing varies among male and female teachers and demographic characteristics have a moderating role in this regard.
