نقش سرمایه روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، تاب آوری و خوش بینی) در انگیزه پیشرفت دانشجویان

انگیزه پیشرفت از جمله عوامل موثر بر موفقیت و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان می باشد، طبق پژوهش های پیشین انگیزه پیشرفت متاثر از عوامل مختلفی می باشد، در این پژوهش به بررسی نقش سرمایه روانشناختی (خودکارآمدی، امیدواری، تاب آوری و خوش بینی) در پیش بینی انگیزه پیشرفت دانشجویان پرداخته شده است. در این مطالعه همبستگی، 260 نفر از دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی اصفهان به شیوه خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها پرسشنامه سرمایه روانشناختی لوتاز و همکاران و پرسشنامه انگیزه پیشرفت هرمنس اجرا شد. به منظور تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزار spss18 استفاده شد. نتایج همبستگی نشان داد که سرمایه های روانشناختی، خودکارآمدی (0.273=r)، تاب آوری (0.221=r)، امید (0.368=r) و خوش بینی (0.369=r) با انگیزه پیشرفت در دانشجویان رابطه معنادار مثبت دارند (0.01>p). همچنین نتایج رگرسیون نشان داد که به ترتیب متغیرهای خوش بینی، امید و خودکارآمدی قادر به تبیین 0.25 از واریانس انگیزه پیشرفت در دانشجویان بودند. با توجه به اینکه سرمایه های روانشاختی نقش مهمی در انگیزه پیشرفت دانشجویان دارند، می بایست در برنامه ریزی های نظام آموزش عالی در جهت موفقیت تحصیلی دانشجویان به این امر مهم توجه شود.

The Role of Psychological Capital (Self-efficacy, Hope, Resilience, and Optimism) in Student Achievement Motivation

The achievement motivation is one of the factors affecting the success and academic achievement for students. According to previous research, achievement motivation is influenced by several factors. This study aimed to investigate the role of psychological capital (selfefficacy, hope, resilience and optimism) In order to predict the student achievement motivation. In this correlational study, 260 students in dormitories of Isfahan University of Medical Sciences were selected through cluster sampling method. In order to collect data, Luthans et al Psychological Capital Questionnaire and Hermans Achievement Motivation Questionnaire were used. Data were analyzed through SPSS18 software. Results showed that there was positive significant relationship between the psychological capital, selfefficacy (r=0.273), resilience (r=0.221), hope (r=0.368), optimism (r=0.369) and achievement motivation (P<0.01). Also, the results of regression showed that optimism, hope and selfefficacy variables were able to explain 0.25 of variance of achievement motivation in students. Considering that psychological capital plays an important role in the student achievement motivation, it is necessary to pay attention to this in the planning of the higher education system in order to achieve the academic success of the students.
