بررسی نقش واسطه ای تصور از خدا در رابطه بین مقابله مذهبی و امید به زندگی در بیماران قلبی و عروقی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش واسطه ای تصور از خدا در رابطه بین مقابله مذهبی و امید به زندگی در بیماران قلبی و عروقی انجام شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر عبارت بود از کلیه مردان با بیماران قلبی - عروقی که در سال 1396 به منظور انجام درمان و معاینات مربوطه به قسمت قلب و عروق بیمارستان گنجویان دزفول مراجعه کرده بودند. با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس تعداد 100 نفر مرد انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای پژوهش شامل مقیاس امید به زندگی اشنایدر و همکاران(1991) ، مقیاس تصور از خدا (gis)، و مقیاس مقابله مذهبی فرم کوتاه پارگامنت و همکاران(2011) بود. جهت تحلیل داده ها ازماتریس ضریب همبستگی و روش تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. داده ها توسط نرم افزار spss و نرم افزار لیزرل تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. به طور کلی، یافته های حاصل از ضرایب همبستگی و معادلات رگرسیونی حکایت از آن داشت که بین سه متغیر تصور از خدا، مقابله مذهبی و امید به زندگی ارتباط معنی دار وجود داشت و میزان امید به زندگی بر اساس تصور از خدا ومقابله مذهبی مثبت و منفی قابل پیش بینی بود. همچنین ضرایب مستقیم و غیر مستقیم استاندارد شده مدل مفهومی نشان داد که متغیرهای پیش بین هم بصورت مستقیم و هم بصورت غیر مستقیم بر امید به زندگی بیماران قلبی عروقی قابلیت پیش بینی دارند. بنابراین ارائه مراقبت کل نگر و توجه به نیازهای معنوی و معنویت بیماران قلبی و عروقی درکنار نیازهای جسمی توصیه می شود

The Mediating Role of God's Image in the Relationship between Religious Coping and Life Expectancy in Cardiovascular Patients

The present research aimed to investigate the mediating role of God's image in the relationship between religious coping and life expectancy in cardiovascular patients. The statistical population of the present study comprised all the male cardiovascular patients who referred to the department of cardiology and the coronary artery of Dezful Hospital in 2017. The sample of 100 men was selected using convenience sampling method. The research tools included the Scale of Life Expectancy (1991), God's Imagination Scale (GIS), and the Religious Coping Scale (2011). Data analyzing examine the correlation coefficient and path analysis method done by SPSS and LISREL software. The results of the correlation coefficients and regression equations show that there was a significant relationship between three variables of the image of God, religious coping and life expectancy. Moreover, the levels of life expectancy were predictable by the image of God and the positive and negative religious coping. Also, the standardized direct and indirect coefficients of the conceptual model showed that the predictive variables predict the life expectancy of cardiovascular patients, directly and indirectly. Therefore, it is recommended to provide the holistic care and to devote attention to the spiritual needs as well as the physical needs of cardiovascular patients
